GAME ROOM ADDED INCLUDING FOOSBALL, AIR HOCKEY TABLE, AND CUSTOM ARCADE!

At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! Li'Am (leave them) Worries Behind is named for our son, Liam, and is the perfect family friendly beach home! Three bedrooms, 2 baths and this home is located in Navarre Beach, Florida's most relaxing beach! The master has a King size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and shares a bathroom with our bunk room. The bunk room features two bunk beds with twin size beds. All four walls and the ceiling in the bunk room are painted as an under the sea theme. The kids will love it! The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa available as well. Li'Am Worries Behind can comfortably sleep up to 6 adults, with max occupancy at 10 including children. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, offering plenty of room for the whole family.

Ask about our beach package. This is available for an additional charge.

This package includes:

-beach chairs and more!

Sometimes items may need repaired/replaced and may not be available. The golf cart is guaranteed with the beach package, everything else is extra. Refunds won't be given unless the golf cart is unavailable.

*This property has security cameras located outside, at each door.

*A signed rental agreement is required. We do collect an $500 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you two days prior to your arrival along with detailed directions. Pet fee is $100 per dog, 2 dog maximum. Small dogs under 50lbs only. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges. This includes hair, urine, feces (yard included), and any damage from the pets. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats.

*Violation of any house rule, including pet rules will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.

The house was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. As our first trip as a blended family, it had enough space for us to spread out if needed, but also was cozy enough for us to spend some quality time together! All 3 kids loved the outdoor shower, swings, and big porch. The beds were all very comfy and all the towels were a HUGE help. The kitchen was stocked, so we could make some of our meals there. The beach package was a huge help! The golf cart was a big hit! Even though the beach is only a short walk, it helped when we split into groups to do multiple activities. The pier and restaurants are just down the road, which we loved. Truly, was my favorite VRBO I’ve stayed in to date!

Wonderful place to stay!

We have stayed here multiple times and love it every time! The house is incredibly comfortable and cozy. I love that it is close to beach access and that you can see the ocean from the porch even though you're a street back.

Disappointed in how “beat up” it was. Needs some paint and repair. Also it would have been nice if we could have used basic beach equipment like chairs and toys instead of having to pay 520 for the beach package or bring our own from Texas!

Perfect for our family trip to Navarre over the Memorial Day Weekend! My adult children all came together for a vacation for the first time in 5 years. The house was comfortable and the game room was enjoyed by my grandchildren as well as the swing set/slide. One night when we cooked and stayed in, we all needed up in the area around the fire pit (no fire needed) and just talked and hung out. The walk to the beach was short and there were several other public access places in the Gulf Coast National Seashore area where there are no buildings - so the sunsets and views are amazing. We had no issues at the house, everything was clean and as expected. Definitely will stay there again if we return to Navarre Beach in the future!

The house was in a great location close to the beach and was right down the road from all the restaurants. Place was clean and was very roomy for my wife and I. Would def reccomend a stay here for a family or a couple.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt the house was a great fit for our family of six. The location was perfect—very close to the beach—and we loved the area. The house had everything we needed and was very kid-friendly.The house is definitely well-worn, but that didn’t bother us to much it felt comfortable and lived-in for a family with kids.Biggest disappointment was the game room and beach package, especially considering the additional cost.The air hockey table and video game machine were barely in working order and really need to be replaced.The foosball table worked fine, but there were only ping pong balls available to use with it.Some golf cart seatbelts were not working, which was disappointing since we had younger kids and specifically thought the seatbelts would be important for safety. The beach equipment was also very disorganized and basically dumped around the garage.My husband ended up cleaning and organizing it so we could find and use things.Of the four bikes, only two were usable.One needed the chain put back on, which wasn’t a big deal,but the other two didn’t work at all.We understand things get worn and equipment gets used, but for the price of the trip and the beach package, we were disappointed that several of the included amenities weren’t in better condition.That said, we truly enjoyed the house,location, and area and would still recommend it to families looking for a kid-friendly home.More attention to the amenities would make the stay better.
