At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! This adorable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house is your Link to Paradise! Sit on the porch with the amazing unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Sound, or take a very short walk/golf cart ride to the gulf. The house location is a straight walk to the beach access, making this house actually closer to the access than most of the houses on Gulf Boulevard. The Master bedroom is on the top floor and features a king size bed, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a private balcony. This bedroom does have a smart tv. The laundry room is located right off the master bathroom. On the main floor the guest room has a queen size bed, as well as a smart tv. The second room on the main level has a king size bed, and a smart tv. Through this room you access another bedroom. This is a fun kids' bunk room with all four walls painted with an under the sea mural. This room has a bunk bed with two twin beds.The two bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The living area has a pullout sofa as well as a queen size Murphy bed. Off of the kitchen is an adorable bar room with an additional table. The garage has an air conditioned game room to hang out and watch tv, or play foosball. We have a 6 seater golf cart available for you to rent. Please shoot me a message for rates. We also have 4 beach bikes available for your use.

Pet fee is $120 per dog, 2 dog maximum. Small dogs under 50lbs only. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision. We do not have a crate at this property, you will need to bring one. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges. This includes hair, urine, feces (yard included), and any damage from the pets. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats.

*A signed rental agreement is required. We do collect an $800 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you two days prior to your arrival along with detailed directions.

*this is a non smoking/vaping property and will result in forfeiture of your deposit. This property does have exterior security cameras at the entrances.

*Violation of any house rule, including pet rules or excessive cleaning will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.
