Welcome to Freeport’s Finest Experience at Gold Pearl Villa!
This Luxurious Villa is tucked away on a private canal in Fortune Bay with a 80+ foot custom Dock. If you are looking for tranquility, peacefulness, and getting away from crowds this is the property for you!
It is however centrally located minutes away from restaurants, shops, and attractions if you desire.
The space
The Villa is ready for guest to escape and fall in love with the paradise island of Grand Bahama. This Villa provides a luxurious experience unlike any home on the island. The 4 Bedroom 4.5 bath estate boast individual suites for each guest or couples to enjoy their privacy. Arrive by sea in your vessel and dock steps behind your home on your private 80+ dock space fully equipped with fresh water, shoreline power, seating, and fish cleaning station. Walk up the travertine stairs through the mature lush, secluded landscape and be welcomed by a beautiful saltwater pool where you can enjoy a splash. The open summer kitchen is elegantly furnished with designer furniture to accommodate all your needs. Relax and enjoy a delicious dinner while hearing the exotic sounds of the ocean crashing waves.

Living Quarters: Every suite has a flat screen Smart TV with a Netflix account installed. Includes full-size washer and dryer. Fully functioning kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and garbage disposal. Kitchen also includes silverware, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, toaster, measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. If anything else is needed during your stay we will have it delivered.

Grand Bahamas Tropical Get Away

This is first class boaters paradise. House is 5 star and truly amazing. Salt water pool and grounds is tropical heaven. We arrived late and found cookies for treat, thanks to owners. Will be back and back

Amazing Property in Freeport

This property provides everything you could ask for. Its location is amazing and the home and grounds are breathtaking. Gourmet kitchen and top shelf accomodations. The outdoor areas provide a tropical oasis for everyone to enjoy. If you are a boater and are into fishing, the dock is large and is equiped with water, electric and cleaning station. I can't say enough good things about the property. My friends and I are looking forward to our next trip there.

Amazing home and vacation!

We had a great time celebrating my dads 70th birthday with friends and family. The dock was perfect for the boat we drove over from Florida and the house was so amazing as a home base for the week. Gabriel and Kamila were wonderful hosts and very responsive, they even set us up with a local that came to the house to make us conch salad! The house is spacious and plenty of room for 8 of us. Everything in the house was clean and in working order. Can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous Home in Freeport

Absolutely beautiful home on a quiet street of multi-million dollar homes. Great location for accessing any part of the island easily. The owner’s description is on point. We stayed at the house for almost 2 weeks over Christmas 2023 and unfortunately, had terrible weather. However, it was so wonderful staying in the big, gorgeous and well appointed home during the rough weather days. Other reviewers noted the “rules” and quite frankly, they are totally reasonable given that it is a multi-million dollar home. I also appreciated that the owner disclosed the rules in the listing so that potential renters understand the expectations. The owner, Gabriel, could not have been a better host. He promptly responded to each and every question/request and was very reasonable and kind. Our family can’t wait to go back.

Cameras Viewing Everywhere

No privacy period. Between over charges to no hot water for days and days.. we’re on vacation not a prison complex.

Michael we have security cameras in the exterior only for the safety of our guest and it is stated on our listing. Not only that you have stayed in our property previously without complaints and given us a 5 star review. This is a high end multi million dollar property and for you to maliciously slander and compare us to a prison complex is appalling. This review was part of 3 separate reservations you made on your same trip where you gave us one 5 star review and two 1 star reviews since you chose not to reach out to request to extend your stay. You are the type of guest that all short term rental owners try to avoid. Host beware.

House without 5 stars

During our stay we were charged three times for cleaning in one trip. House ran out of heating fuel so no hot showers three days. Heating fuel company asked us to pay owners invoice.

Michael unfortunately your lack of communication created all these issues. If you wanted to extend your stay you just had to reach out instead of rebooking the days as a new reservation. The system thinks is a new reservation. As for the propane gas, what you are staying is not correct. You contacted us on a Sunday and I immediately had the tank filled Monday (next working day) and our property manager paid the invoice. You are on an island where things move slower and it’s out of our control. Everything is closed here on a Sunday. I don’t think a one day rushed response was unreasonable. To give us a 1 star review is just malicious and not warranted. Especially since you are a returned guest that gave us 5 stars previously. You are the type of guest that all short term rental owners try to avoid. Host beware.

Amazing Property!

My family and I spent our Spring Break at this amazing home. It was so much better than the photos. The weather was beautiful and the wind blowing the palm trees made it so relaxing. It was exactly what we needed. The owner was very responsive to our questions and gave great recommendations on where to visit and where to eat while we were there. The taxi driver "Bear" is one we will never forget. The locals were so nice! It was a great vacation!
