The main residence has four spacious bedrooms , two sizable family rooms, dining room, large and beautiful well equipped kitchen.
Enjoy a breathtaking Bahama lanai which opens into a spacious patio with a unground swimming pool and soaker tub.
We have a completely separate cottage that is a bedroom and bathroom.
We have a equipped gym, and pool table, large green areas with beautiful palms, main entrance fountain and more!
We are located walking distance from beaches and native cuisine restaurants and bars.
A few minutes driving to breathtaking beaches, shopping centers, diving places, restaurants and bars.

Propietario/a: Karen Hess
Originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania. I am an Ohio State graduate of veterinary medicine, specializing in surgical procedures for domestic animals. My love for animals has extended to my home property; in which I have a wildlife rescue. (Small zoo). You can see a photo of Charlie the zebra in The Cottage, and Luna the ostrich as well. These are two of among many different types of rare large breed animals I have on my property. I also love, migrant birds, swan, and rare birds: on my property I have a large pond And I have a bird sanctuary. I love to save animals from the slaughter and let them live out their best life on my farm, where they will live peacefully and run in the fields in their private separate fenced dwelling, eating and drinking to their heart desire.
When I’m not rescuing animals, I am traveling the world with my friends and family.

I have had my eye on the property for several years as I have been coming to Grand Bahama Island for over 30 years myself. And when I saw this property go on the market after the hurricane, I just had to rehab the house!

You don’t have to own a yacht to stay at this beautiful property!!! The view, the Five Palms that stand guard for the property just before the ocean have withstood many a hurricane, and stand, proud.
If you are a gym rat, enjoy the gym that has some old-school equipment and free weights without the membership. There is a refrigerator in the gym you can plug-in when you are there to use to fill with waters (not supplied).
A red top billiard table with mahogany lions paw stand firm on the other side of the gym where you can relax and get your competition on.
There is a mini seated bar in the corner of the gym for you to stock while you are there to enjoy the Billards.
There is so much more to enjoy, I will let the rest be a surprise for you! If you choose my property for your vacation, this is a guarantee home away from home – – just buy your tickets to Paradise!
