Surrounded by meadows and forests, you quickly forget the stress of everyday life.

Our modern apartment has:
- two double bedrooms
- a fully equipped kitchen
   including comfortable lounge area
- a modern bathroom with toilet and shower
- a cloakroom and hall
=> Newly renovated in 2016/2017

All rooms have underfloor heating.

The apartment is located in the 1. Upstairs.

Parking, terrace and lawn, barbecue just as the garden with play equipment (badminton / volleyball net mobile / swings / slide / trampoline / small football goals / balls) - all for single use
(This is all right in front of the house).

Shelter for prams / bicycles / skis or similar is available.

Bread service by bakery on request gladly possible (also Sunday / public holiday).

Cot and highchair can already be provided without additional costs.

Erholung Pur

Waren für 1 Woche dort und können nur sagen , wer Ruhe und Erholung möchte , ist dort genau richtig. Die Ferienwohnung war top eingereicht, es hat an nichts gefehlt , die Lage einfach nur Mega . Die Besitzer sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder .

Trotz des schlechten Wetters war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung war ein absolutes Highlight. Sehr sauber und es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Sehr großzügige und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnungsausstattung ist komplett, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Den schönen Grillplatz konnten wir auf Grund des Wetters nicht nutzen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zum Wandern genutzt. Sehr zu empfehlen die Wildbachklamm Buchberger Leite.

Alles ganz wunderbar!

Super liebe und witzige Vermieterin :) herzlicher Empfang und sehr ruhige Lage. Auch im Vorfeld sehr gute Kommunikation trotz meines Wunsches, eine Nacht kürzer zu bleiben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Draußen im großen Garten sind Schaukel, Trampolin etc da. Alles in allem bestens und wir kommen gerne wieder! Nochmals lieben Dank!

Sehr tolle Ferienwohnung!

Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir per Handy kontaktiert was ich super toll fand. Auch wurde gleich gefragt ob wir Frühstücksservice (frische Semmeln) wünschen. Die Gastfamilie ist mega freundlich und man kann sich da nur wohl fühlen. Sehr gut gelegen wenn man Ruhe finden möchte. Draußen ist ein toller Grillplatz und ein Spielplatz für die Kinder. Alles einfach nur TOP!

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub

Die FeWo ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Für Kinder gibt es einen tollen und sehr gepflegten Spielplatz. Wer die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder. 👍

Bisher so noch nicht erlebt !!

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen. Das beschränkte sich nicht nur auf Erklärungen zum Appartement, sondern auch die Geschichte des Hauses. Es ist das Elternhaus, dass vor dem Abriss stand, aber dann doch zu einem Gästehaus umgebaut wurde. Was aber am meisten beeindruckte war die bisher nicht erlebte absolute Sauberkeit. Das hatte sofort ein Wohlfühlen vermittelt. Dass der Vermieter kein Geld für eine Endreinigung verlangt, haben wir auch noch nicht erlebt. Das ist geschenktes Vertrauen des Vermieters an seine Gäste. Alles war positiv !!

Sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben die Tage in der gepflegten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern besonders wegen des schönen Spielplatzes im Garten geeignet.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Diese FEWO läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wirklich alles vor Ort was man braucht. Uns hat die ruhige Lage sowie die Sauberkeit und der Komfort der Ferienwohnung sehr imponiert. TOP TOP TOP!!! Die freundlich von Familie Stockinger sucht seines gleichen!!! Perfekt ist der Brötchenservice am Morgen und die Nähe zur Natur. Wir werden sicherlich wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Natur pur, alles top

Wir waren für 1 Woche in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und uns fehlte es an nichts. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Die Gastgeber und die Unterkunft erfüllen alle Erwartungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, von der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise. Die Wohnung und die Umgebung sind genau wie beschrieben und die 5 Sterne halten wir für absolut verdient. Vielen Dank für sorglose und gemütliche 2 Wochen Urlaub.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Wir waren mit Kind für eine Woche in der Fewo im OG. Es war alles vorhanden und liebevoll eingerichtet. Von Gewürzen über Spiele für Groß und Klein bis hin zu DVDs war alles vorhanden. Die Hygienemaßnahmen waren vorbildlich und doch überhaupt nicht einschränkend. Es wurde sogar Desinfektion und Reinigungsmittel zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat immer das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Die Unternehmungen dort können sehr abwechslungsreich gestaltet werden. Der Garten ist, wie auf den Bildern zusehen, gepflegt und groß. Sollte man Essen gehen, so haben die Gastgeber bei Ihrer Empfehlung einen Volltreffer bei Groß und Klein gelandet. Ein optimaler Rückzugsort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Wir waren wunschlos glücklich! Meine Frau und ich sowie unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß :-)

Da passt alles bestens! Wenn dir die Beschreibung vom Objekt gut gefällt, dann zögere bitte nicht den Urlaub zu buchen. Die Region ist landschaftlich sehr schön, die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut getan, die Vermieter sind sehr sympatisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Was will man mehr?
