Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG und hat einen separaten Eingang. Sie erwartet eine vollausgestattete Wohnküche mit gemütlicher Essgruppe und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit SAT TV und gemütlicher Couch. Die beiden Schlafräume sind jeweils mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet, eines davon zusätzlich mit einem Etagenbett. Ein Babybett (Gitterbett) kann auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ebenso ist eine Wickelauflage, ein Hochstuhl und ein Fläschchenwärmer vorhanden. Im Badezimmer finden Sie eine begehbare, sehr geräumige Dusche, ein Doppelwaschbecken, Fön, Kosmetikspiegel und ein WC. Waschmaschine kann auf Anfrage gegen Gebühr benutzt werden. Zusätzlich verfügt die Wohnung noch über ein separates WC. Zur Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung gehören auch Spielsachen für Kleinkinder, damit es nie langweilig wird. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind selbstverständlich inklusive. Auf dem nordwestlich ausgerichteten Balkon, können Sie den Sonnenuntergang über den Bayerwaldbergen beobachten.
