Holidays in the country - modern apartment "An der Gramme" in Niederzimmern

After 3 years of extensive renovation work, we were able to put our apartment into operation in March 2017. A modern, fully equipped apartment awaits you in the attic of an old barn on about 60 square meters, which leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a modern bathroom, you will find a spacious kitchen / dining area, a cozy living room / bedroom with an electric fireplace, a friendly bedroom and a comfortable sleeping area on a loft.

Parking is available free of charge in the immediate vicinity. Outdoor seating and a barbecue area are available.

Hospitality, cleanliness and child friendliness are very important to us. A children's travel bed, high chair and stair gate are available for younger guests on request.

Vier Männer, genügend Platz für alle und gut ausgestattete Küche, unkomplizierte Vermieter. Optimale Lage zwischen Weimar und Erfurt in einem ruhigen, sympathischen Dorf mit freundlichen Begegnungen. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Herzige und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Idyllische Umgebung,sympathische Vermieter. Unmittelbar nach der Buchung haben wir festgestellt, dass in der Bestätigung ein Kind nicht aufgeführt war. Wir haben den Vermieter via Fewo-Direkt angeschrieben, diese Nachricht kam jedoch nicht an. Zum Glück hat trotzdem alles wie gewünscht geklappt.

schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Niederzimmern sehr genossen. Familie Neumann sind sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeber, die Ferienwohnung schön und modern eingerichtet. Mit herunter gelassenen Rollos wurde es trotz zu Beginn des Urlaubs sehr sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht zu heiß im Dachgeschoss. Erwähnenswert wäre vielleicht nur, dass es es sich lohnt, in Niederzimmern ein Auto zu haben, da trotz der idealen Lage zwischen Erfurt und Weimar der öffentliche Nahverkehr besonders am Wochenende noch ausbaufähig ist.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Säugling dort übernachtet. Es war ausreichend Platz und alles wurde super vorbereitet. Die Wohnung ist zudem ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind die nächstgelegenen Städte Erfurt und Weimar schnell zu erreichen. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Liebevoll und sehr sauber

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und kamen in eine sehr saubere und mit liebe eingerichtete Wohnung. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen und abschalten. Auch für unsere kleinste (11 Monate) war alles vorhanden. Und für die große (8 Jahre) war das ausgebaute Dach das higthlight. Gerne wieder.

Sauber, durchdacht, bequeme Betten, insbesondere der Hems (Bett unter dem Dach) ist sehr gemütlich, es fehlt an nichts und es gibt sehr viel Ablage- und Verstaumöglichkeiten. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es in alle Richtungen und die Lage direkt am Radweg ist ideal. So ist man schnell in Weimar und Erfurt.
