Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave), living room (sofa, armchair, TV), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed), shower room, WC. Shared washing machine in the owner's garage on the ground floor. Parking, shared unfenced grounds. Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Possibility of renting sheets directly from the owner. WIFI connection. Gîte located in an area a few steps from the Sare caves and the first ventas (border). Quiet location in a dead end, 7 km from the listed village of SARE. - water within the limits of reasonable consumption - a flat rate of 8 kwh/day of electricity (except stays with negotiated monthly rate) - Sheets and household linen
