Ground floor: living room and lounge area with TV, overlooking the terrace. Kitchen with washing dishes, microwave oven and washing machine. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with two beds for two people, a 120 for one bed and a bed folding for baby. A shower room and a WC. Electric heating extra. Cottage in the village, overlooking a small square, large terrace (25 m 2) facing South with garden and barbecue, on the ground floor. View of the Valley of the Lauquet, swimming 1 km. Many hiking trails at the start of the village, visit to the Abbey of St Hilaire Limoux cellars, city of Carcassonne to 25 minutes.
