Able to accommodate up to 6 people (including 2 children), it has a practical layout and focuses on convivial moments thanks to its large living room offering a television, board games and a WIFI connection.

Its open and modern kitchen is very well equipped. It will provide you with the necessary items to cook good homemade dishes: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, raclette maker, fondue set, plancha.... as well as crockery and all kitchen utensils.



The large room offers modular sleeping arrangements. A double bed (width 140 cm), as well as 2 folding beds dedicated to children (width 70 cm / maximum weight for the upper bed 45 kg). These 2 beds can be raised during the day for more space. A television is also present in the room.

The sofa bed in the living room also offers 2 additional sleeping spaces. It consists of a simple bench (width 80 cm) and a trundle bed (width 80 cm) that can be brought together to form a 2-person bed



The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. The toilets are separate.

The apartment heated by electric radiators guarantees you good comfort on cold winter evenings.

The balcony, facing due south, is a true living space and offers you a small outdoor lounge.



Located in an ideal environment for families, the apartment equipped with a private ski locker offers quick access to ski slopes located just in front of the residence. Restaurants, sports shop and Sherpa convenience store are also just a few metres away.

You can reach the dynamic Bruyères district located below via lifts and public footbridge, or use the free shuttle to explore the Croisette district.

Animals are welcome (1 maximum / €35 extra), tiled floor throughout the accommodation except for the bedroom which is carpeted. A file fee of €45 is to be expected with the agency.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent via our agency upon request. (single bed 20 €; double bed 25 € kit 2 towels 15€) End of stay cleaning not included, (possibility to order the service: 100 €). A deposit of €450 will be requested for key collection at the agency.
