Holidays in the idyllic wine-growing village near Freinsheim

The holiday home at the village fountain is located in the old center of the small wine-growing village of Bobenheim am Berg in the immediate vicinity of the German Wine Route and on the edge of the Palatinate Forest. The house was built in the 90s and has been rented out as a holiday home since 2017.
It is located directly opposite the village square with a fountain and the Protestant church, in the immediate vicinity is the village bakery.
On the ground floor there is the entrance area with a guest toilet and a bedroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a small kitchen with a bright dining area (in the bay window). There is a large living room with wooden floorboards (sofa bed for 2 people.) The living room is separated from the kitchen area / dining area by a glass door.
On the upper floor there is a high-quality marble bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet.
There are two bedrooms on the top floor: a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. Here is also a shower / toilet, also with marble.
If the house is occupied by more than 4 people, the third bedroom on the ground floor is opened (
The living space, which is then available to guests, is approximately 110 square meters.
A maximum of 8 people can stay in the house (6 people in 3 bedrooms and possibly 7th and 8th person in the living room)
If the house is only rented with up to 4 people, the bedroom on the ground floor remains locked.
This makes the house ideal for 2 families or several couples or friends.

The house does not have a garden, but in front of the house there is a sunny seat with 2 chairs and opposite in the village square or at the village bakery there are benches to linger outdoors.
