It is ideal for a family of 1, 2 children or 2 couples who want a central location for exploring the surrounding area and the beach (6 km away), but at the same time wanting some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. It is located in a newly built, modern complexwith its own pool.
It is new, sourced in 2017, and furnished as a former showroom with attention to detail by an interior designer.
The apartment in La Mairena / Elviria / Marbella is located six minutes from the highway exit Elviria in the mountains with spectacular views. Here is the startup fun. Car hire is a must.
The El Soto Golf Club, 500 meters away, can be used free of charge.
The new and recently opened apparatus is located in La Floresta Sur and allows you to use the facilities of El Soto, ie golf course, tennis, fitness, sauna and a clubhouse.
The two bedrooms have double beds with "Funda nordica", so right comforters with down. There is also an extra bed so that 5 people can stay overnight.

The apartment has a parking space. The complex in which the apartment is located is closed and inaccessible from the outside.

It is a quiet ambience that does not suit loud "party guests". We do not want to address that explicitly.
Please note: The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The ideal occupancy is 4 people. However, there is an extra bed in the apartment and on request, a second can be provided. These beds are then in the bedrooms or in the living room.
