Why they chose this property

I think Shaw is the best neighborhood in St.Louis! It's quiet and friendly while offering easy access to Tower Grove Park, the Botanical Gardens, and South Grand Business District.

What makes this property unique

We're just two blocks from the park and on street that ends just before Grand, which means we can easily walk to shops and restaurants but don't have traffic driving through. We also have a beautiful backyard that includes a salt water pool and patio.
