Clean and cozy, with a great outdoor space, in the heart of Campbell Street shops and restaurants, this lil gem is made even better by a responsive and caring host.
Sam, (host) was always available & accommodating. He provided a gift bag & coffee pods and was very welcoming. We enjoyed our time there & found the courtyard peaceful.

Thank you all for staying! I'm glad you and the pup had a good experience!
This property was wonderfully decorated with all sorts of fun Tucson Memorabilia and desert colors. The location is prime for accessing all sorts of food and festivities. Thoroughly enjoyed my time and would happily return.
Great stay at Sam’s place. The property is adorable and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care was put into the place. Super easy checkin and just perfect for our stay!

This was the perfect place for us. It had everything we could have asked for. Our host was responsive and provided for our every need.
I highly recommend this cute bungalow. Sam is a great host and very quick with communication! My husband and I stayed for 9 days for a sporting event and it was the perfect place for us. Great neighborhood with loads of restaurants.
Although very small it has everything but a closet. Although there is a place to hang things. Kitchen is well stocked with micro wave, toaster oven and invention stove top.
Cute converted space with great natural sunlight. Fenced courtyard is a nice respite from the street traffic. Easy drive to both Saguaro NP East & West and very close to good restaurants. We had an issue with the apartment, but Sam was quick to address it and very apologetic for the trouble. Overall, good stay.
Impeccably clean, in a very nice part of town. Not much space, but laid out with great intelligence so the experience was very comfortable.
The host lives adjacent to the property, which served me extremely well. When the grill was balky about lighting, Sam was there literally in seconds and got it going.
