The Space:
Experience a delightful vacation house just minutes from the beach—3 minutes by car or a short 5-7 minute bike ride!

We have 1 high chair and 1 park and play travel crib that can be used as baby/toddler crib.

Upstairs:

Three Queen Memory Foam beds + a comfy sofa bed in this charming home.
Each room offers a white noise machine, ceiling fan, a roomy closet with hangers, and a desk & chair—a perfect setup for remote work!
We have Xfinity Superfast (800Mbps) internet so everyone can stream +use Zoom for work calls simultaneously. We also have TV’s upstairs.
Convenient laundry area for fresh towels.

Downstairs:

A fully-equipped kitchen with a water dispenser and ice machine.
Cozy living room with a brand-new L-shaped couch and a smart TV.
Comfortable dining area for 6 guests.

The Garden:

Enjoy our fenced-in backyard with bocce ball, LED-lit cornhole boards, volley and soccer balls, a firepit for S'mores, and a grill. Seating for 6-8 people.
We provide 6 Beach cruisers with their own lockers for neighborhood and beach exploration.
A small screened-in sunroom houses the grill and cornhole.

Location:

Our central spot is minutes from the beach and right off a main beach boulevard, perfect for entertainment and dining.
Despite the central location, nights are peaceful with AC, ceiling fans, and white noise machines for your comfort.

Guest Access:
We will provide a door code within 2-3 days prior arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Residential area - close to shopping centers, restaurants, bars, supermarkets - and the beach is few blocks away!

Getting Around:
We have a driveway and parking lot that fits up to 3 cars. We have also provided 6 beach bike cruisers to ride to the best places in Jax Beach just minutes away!

We want your stay to be perfect and enjoyable for everyone. To ensure this, please familiarize yourself with our house guidelines and recommendations during your stay. These rules are in place to ensure your comfort and the quality of accommodations, based on past experiences. We truly appreciate your understanding.

No Pets Allowed: We are unable to accommodate pets at our property. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet, as failing to do so may lead to an early termination of your stay.

No Gatherings or Parties: Parties or gatherings are not allowed at this property without prior arrangement. Hosting an unapproved gathering or event may result in a $1000 fine and the involvement of local authorities.

Late Check-Out/Early Arrival: If you need to check in or out early or late, please ask us in advance. Additional charges may apply based on the timing.

Please note while most of states have moved on, we are still following COVID-19 guidelines. This ensures the house is cleaned to the high standard we uphold and provide the best experience for our guests.

Bike Waiver: To access our 6 Beach Cruiser Bikes, please agree to our bike waiver during your stay.

No Indoor Smoking: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 smoking fee. Smoking is allowed in the backyard; please dispose of cigar/cigarette butts in the provided outdoor ashtray or the green trash bin.

Cleaning Fees: Additional cleaning fees will be assessed only in cases of abuse and excessive littering beyond the regular cleaning fee.
