The 2017 modernized over 100 year old farmhouse is idyllically situated on the outskirts of the quiet town of Pruchten, not far from the Bodstedter Bodden with its shallow waters and quiet beaches.

Due to the central location between Bodstedter Hafen, the "Vinetastadt" Barth and the Fischland Darß peninsula with its towns of Zingst, Prerow, Born, Ahrenshoop and Wustrow, you can quickly reach the most popular places on this Baltic Sea coast.

The spacious outdoor area of the apartment includes paved paths and carport, a sunny barbecue terrace, table tennis, table football and badminton on the large playground.

So there is plenty of space on the property for you and your children

Cycling and hiking trails offer cyclists, skaters and others. Sports enthusiasts all options.

Various shops, banks, doctors and restaurants are in the surrounding area.

The sunny apartment is comfortably furnished with love. It has 2 bedrooms (bed linen and towels can be booked optionally), a fully equipped country-style kitchen, daylight bathroom with shower / toilet, tiled stove, TV, blue-ray player, Bluetooth HiFi system, free WiFi, 2 , TV in one of the bedrooms, children's toys, a small DVD and book collection, insect screens for priceless nights in all rooms and a bicycle storage room.

It is a holiday home with two separate apartments, the top floor apartment is not intended for rental and is only used occasionally by the landlord.

Jederzeit wieder

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist jeden Cent wert. Die Umgebung ist total ruhig, das Grundstück sehr groß. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und der Terrassentür, vor allem im Spätsommer sehr nützlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man die Umgebung erkunden möchte, man ist schnell überall, auch die Insel Rügen ist nicht allzu weit. Der Besuchskater (wohnt nebenan) hat das Ganze für mich abgerundet. Er schaute immer mal wieder vorbei und freute sich über Streicheleinheiten. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher, wenn man sie mitbuchen möchte imo extrem überteuert sind. Wir haben uns dafür entschieden, sie mitzubringen. Wir waren alle sehr traurig, als der Urlaub vorbei war und kommen gerne wieder.

Idillyisch plekje voor rustzoekers

Prachtig huisje op een prachtige locatie. In een piepklein gehucht. Optimaal plekje voor rustzoekers. Meermalen reetjes in de tuin gespot. Bath is vijf minuutjes met de auto en daar zijn alle voorzieningen voor handen. Erg vriendelijke gastvrouw en -heer. Absolute aanrader.

Herrliches Ferienhaus

Wir waren für 7 Tage dort und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in herrlich ruhiger Lage, sodass sogar wir vom Dorf neidisch werden. Es ist super gepflegt und sauber, mit tollem Ambiente. Die Kommunikation vorab der Anreise klappte ebenfalls sehr gut. Alles in allem ein 5 Sterne Aufenthalt… wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ruhig und idyllisch, es war alles was wir gebraucht haben vorhanden und noch viel mehr als wir erwartet haben. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und es war immer ein Ansprechpartner da. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Perfektes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem top gestalteten und ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die nette und unaufdringliche Betreuung vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Die Lage ermöglicht Fahrradausflüge (E-Bike) nach Darß, Fischland und Zingst, mit dem Auto sind auch Ausflüge nach Rügen usw. problemlos möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolllw Wohnung!

Toll ausgestattet Wohnung sehr modern und neu, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Küche top, mit allem Zubehör und reichlich Geschirr. Garage für das Auto und für evtl. abzustellende Fahrräder vorhanden. Terasse geräumig direkter Zugang zur Küche/Wohnzimmer, mit Sonnenschirm und Holzkohlegrill. Große Dusche, alles modern. WLAN super. Schwiegereltern leben auf dem Grundstück und sind sehr nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit ! Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in Pruchten (Gut Glück heißt der Ortsteil) perfekt für Ausflüge nach Zungst,Fischland....etc. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Barth, Famila,Aldi,Edeka etc. Fahrad sehr zu empfehlen.....( Pantel in Pruchten super Service tolle Fahrräder zum leihen), besser als mit dem PKW zu fahren (unsere Meinung). Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub mehr als genießen. Das Objekt ist eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, welche alle Vorzüge und Geräte, die man auch im Urlaub nicht missen möchte, beinhaltete. Dazu kam eine "Spielscheune" die wir gern bei den 1-2 Tagen schlechten Wetters genutzt haben. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage (Sommer 2020)

Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und besonders die Küche überzeugte durch die sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Schwiegereltern des Vermieters leben auf demselben Grundstück und geben bei Fragen gerne Auskunft. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits vom nächsten Ort, sodass eine Anreise mit dem Auto sinnvoll ist. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Während unseres Aufenthalts war die Wohnung im 1. OG nicht besetzt.

Traumhaft schön!

Super gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder. Die zwei Schlafzimmer könnten jedes für sich ein top Hotelzimmer sein. Liebevoll eingerichtet und wirklich viel Platz. Die Küche überzeugte uns auch. Es war alles da, was man braucht, angefangen von Geschirr, Gewürzen, Geschirrspüler , großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und und und... Auf der Terasse konnten wir gemütliche Abende verbringen und wenn uns die Mücken zu nervig wurden, sind wir ins sichere Haus gegangen. Die Insektenschutzfenster sind wirklich goldwert! Im Bad hat uns die riesige Dusche überwältigt, die nach dem Strandbesuch gefühlt für die ganze Familie Platz hatte :) Wir wurden vor Ort auch sehr herzlich von den Schwiegereltern des Vermieters empfangen! Sehr hilfsbereit haben sie uns zur Seite gestanden. Ein letzter Punkt, der nicht fehlen darf, sind die zahlreichen Beschäftigungen, die vor Ort sind. Dartscheibe, Tischtennis, Federball und unser Kind dürfte sogar die tolle Schaukel und das Trampolin nutzen!! Wahrscheinlich habe ich noch hundert Sachen vergessen, aber zusammengefasst können wir das Haus nur unbedingt weiter empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder :)

Wunderschönes Haus mit allem Drum und Dran

Ein komfortables Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und sind ausschließlich mit dem Fahrrad gefahren, da wir ohne PKW angereist waren. Der Schwiegervater des Vermieters war uns eine große Hilfe, er hat uns am Ende unseres Urlaubs sogar mit seinem PKW nach Barth zum Bahnhof gefahren. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

High quality accomodation a few kilometers away from the shore

We loved our week in the house. Modernly furnished, equipments of high quality, nice terrace south oriented. The environment is very quiet and peaceful. The location itself also was very much appreciated: directly connected with the bike routes leading to Zingst and Barth. Thanks to it, we were able to do every of our main visits using our bikes. Special thanks to the father in law of the house's owner, who is living next to the house. He and his wife were very kind.
