Host was super helpful and cabin was pretty secluded like we were looking for. The drive/road leading up were very curvy and steep but that didn't deter us. Overall would 100% recommend this cabin!

The house itself was nice.As far as the host he answered questions both night and day. We did run into an issue with the water stopped working. No fault of the owner but it was frustrating.
Cabin was super cute getting there in the dark was tricky roads are curvy. Host was amazing evertime I message about something he was quick to reply and I appreciate that this was our first time renting a house so I was unsure how it would work. I would definitely recommend !
We came to celebrate my son’s birthday. Overall, the property was great! The only concern was there were not a lot of pots and pans and cookware to use. But the didn’t get in the way of us having an amazing trip!

Amazing stay, water smells a bit like sewage . Over all beautiful house . The hot tub does not get above 97 degrees . Not very secluded as listed 2 other cabins are around . One that sits directly below this one . Overall beautiful stay lovely home .
This was a sibling trip. The host first seemed accommodating. I booked the cabin late at night, about 31 hours before arrival. & then, in contact the next day before check in. When we got there around 6PM, the cabin had not been cleaned, which led to several issues that needed to be addressed. Although these were eventually resolved, the situation and accusations made us feel uncomfortable. These concerns were not fully resolved with David and were only handled through Raquel. The cabin & its extra amenities are nice, but due to the overall experience, we would recommend spending your money elsewhere. God bless.
Clean cabin but definitely in a remote location. Narrow and hilly roads that are great for at least 10 months of the year. Not sure if I would stay here if there was snow or ice in forecast. Cabin had everything we needed for our trip.

I was not to impressed, not that i needed 4 bedrooms it should be listed as a 3 bedroom. I dont call the livingroom couch a bedroom. The outside area there is no yard. It also has a very musty smell to it. Overall it did the trick.
We had a lot to do so I didn’t get to enjoy the property as much as I would have liked but it was great and absolutely loved the beds and my 14yr old and that giant bean bag thing were inseparable
We enjoyed our stay! Everything was as listed. I misread the listing due to being in a hurry. There is only one shower in the whole cabin. The futon upstairs was broken so that caused us problems as we had 3 kids in our group. We had to put the futon mattress on the floor. The host was very good at communicating and responding promptly.

Thanks Heather, sorry about the futon, we have since replaced it. You were great guests and are welcome back anytime!
Everything was smooth from booking to check in. The host was very helpful and answered all questions in a timely manner. The road to the cabin was a little steep and narrow which would have been perfectly fine had it not started snowing/ice at the time we were arriving which was after dark. But it is winter in the mountains so it's not surprising. Once we got there though the snow just added to the beauty of the cabin and location. Hot tub was clean and hot, ready to use and we loved it. Have no complaints at all about the cabin, just wished we could have gotten around to getting a fire going in the fire pit. Would definitely rent again though.

I am giving 2 stars for booking and check-in/ check-out process only. Arrived late at night for our check-in and as soon as we entered the house the mustiness was overwhelming, luckily our children brought their own blankets to cover up with for the night. The next day we washed all the bedding to try and help with the smell and found that the bedding did not seem to have been washed after the last guests. Went to open the drawers in the kitchen to see what all utensils were available and the drawer facing fell off and had screws sticking out of it. The hot tub did not have enough water in it to cover the jets and multiple panels were laying off of it on the porch. I messaged the owners regarding most all concerns and asked about filling up the hot tub and the only response was “thanks for the input.” Inquired again about filling up hot tub and never received another response from the owners the whole time we were there. The bedding listed for upstairs is also not accurate, there is a broken futon and a giant foam bag
Do not stay here. The road to get to the cabin is narrow and very steep. There is a large tree right next to the driveway that is not shown in the picture. There would not be room for a car and a firepit in this driveway. When we arrived, the side door was open. A snake, other animal or person could have been inside. The side door does not have a deadbolt which in my opinion is a safety issue. The water in the cabin smelled terribly! There is no way we could have showered. Not only did the water smell like rotten eggs, the tub and shower curtain were dirty. The floors were sticky. There was some kind bugs in the living room either fleas or gnats, not sure. While sitting on the couch trying to find a hotel to go to as we were not comfortable staying here, we all began itching. The kitchen needs to be updated. The cabinets are old and the fridge has rust on the front doors. This was a disappointing waste of money. Even though we did not stay in the rental and left, the owner refused to grant a refund. He did send a response that I could tell he has sent other people that complained offering a discount on another rental. I'm sure I'm not the first to complain! Don't make the same mistake we did. This cabin may have been nice a few years ago, but is rundown now. Click on by until it's updated.

The cabin was confortable. The site/lication was not described accurately. We found out, this is most likely due to the very steep inclines to get to the cabin. I would rather not have had to climb that steep for a stay. No sponge to wash dishes, dishwasher detergen as available. No coffee!!! No toiletries, except 2 packs of make-up remover. No laundry soap nor fabric softener, no shampoo, conditioner, soap. This is the first stay at a vrbo without all these, we always bring our own but did not feel welcomed with at least the bare essentials. Unable to watch TV as the TV kept prompting us to pdate pay info and we were not going to input that. The XBOX was not working on the second floor, the futton was broken and filthy, one of us had to sleep on the sofa during our complete stay. We had to remove all bedding and wash it, after arriving late we had to go out again and buy laundry detergent and fabric softner. We washed em again after we woke up. The dryer is horrible we had to put it on several times and clean the filthy filter, and still the clothes felt damp. The cabin was not cleaned prior to our arrival, on the kitchen window sill, there were dead bugs, insects covered in white dust, blond curly hairs were in our beds, we all have dark hair btw. The hot water on the sink was white cloudy, and this grayish white film did not dissipate after a long while, we bought water to cook and drink. The cabinet and closet doors would stick and we had to use brute force to pry open.
Beds were comfortable which is one of the most important things for us, large hot tub (could have used a 3rd cycle but it was hot enough), parking may be difficult if you're older, no musty smell as other guests noted. The greatest thing for us is the cabin was easy to get to and was centrally located. We enjoyed our time at this cabin!
The cabin was very nice. It is in the mountains but didn’t like the roads to the cabin lol. At the actual cabin we had a nice stay. We felt right at home. The listing was very accurate of the cabin.
Everything when well. I just want to say that the front screen door was coming off it's hinges at the top when we arrived and the bathroom door knob was loosen, just needed to be screwed back together. I hope these wont be blamed on our stay. The cabin was nice though and we enjoyed our stay.
Property was difficult to find on google maps. Easy check in instructions and listing was accurate
