About this property

Holiday home Seepark in Walchum (Emsland

Spend your holidays in the Emsland in our holiday home Seepark in Seepark Eiken. The approx. 50 meters from the bathing lake located holiday home in the style of a detached house (built in 2016), has 92 m2 on two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. The living rooms and bedrooms, the bathrooms and the utility room are equipped with electric shutters.
The garden is fenced. Therefore, you can in our house also very happy to bring your dog for free.

The completion has been completed so that you can spend a nice and relaxing holiday in the Emsland here. Due to the new building, the photos of the outdoor area are currently not meaningful. Our goal is to create a holiday home with all comfort and a cozy ambience.

The ground floor:
The heart of the house near the bathing lake is the living room with an open, modern kitchen and a spacious dining area. A small bathroom with shower and toilet, a utility room with washer and dryer and the hallway with cloakroom complete the comfort of your holiday. Under the tiled floor surfaces of the house there is a floor heating, which provides in addition to the existing heating during winter holidays in Emsland for pleasant warmth. Large windows let in a lot of light in these rooms.

The upper floor:
On the upper floor of the house you have a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm - combinable as a double bed) and a bedroom with two separate single beds (90 x 200 cm) for your holidays available. Each bedroom has a wardrobe or dresser.
For toddlers, a cot and a high chair are available during your holiday. A bathroom with shower, toilet and large bath is also available.

The outdoor area:
Take a vacation in Germany in our house with fenced garden near the lake. The corresponding terrace with south and west facing position is equipped with garden furniture. Next belong to our house two parking spaces. A shed which can be used to store bicycles and includes barbecue utensils is also available.

Please note that the holiday home Seepark is a non-smoking house! Free Wi-Fi is available for our guests during their holiday in the beautiful Emsland.

House was very clean, our dog could not escape thanks to the fence, and a comfortable dog bed was also there. Places to see are Bourtange and Meppen, and of you travel with children, schloss Dankern, which also includes a tropical swimming bad Topaz. Owners are very friendly, check in details were not shared in the vrbo app, so we needed some help from the owner.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl in dem Ferienhaus gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattet. Es fehlt einem nichts. Wir werden es weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Herr und Frau Hettenberger antworten schnell und freundlich, sollte es mal zu Fragen kommen.

Gut mit kleinen Abzügen

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Es war sauber, nur unter den Betten war die Putzkolonne nicht aktiv geworden. Die Gesamtanlage ist ideal für Kinder im Kindergarten- und Grundschulalter, unsere waren begeistert, Zwei defekt gemeldete Stühle wurden erst beim Auszug abgeholt.

Wie der Titel oben schon sagt,fehlt es in dieser Unterkunft an nichts. Ich habe noch nie in einem Ferienhaus eine so super eingerichtete Küche gehabt. Das objekt ist sehr groß,geräumig und offen. Die beiden Badezimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Einfach nur schön

Ein sehr schönes und toll eingerichtetes Haus. Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl und Willkommen. Nicht zuletzt durch die Aufmerksamkeit des Vermieters auf dem Esstisch :-) Es war sehr sauber, ordentlich und es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist einsame spitze sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Lage ein Steinwurf zu einem wunderschönen Badesee der keinesfalls überfüllt ist .Man fühlt sich rund um wohl.

Wunderschönes Haus, an einem schönen See gelegen in dem gut geschwommen werden kann.

Alles sehr sauber und praktisch. Ein tolles Haus zum wohlfühlen. Alles ist vorhanden, in Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Auch zum Genießen der Sonne auf der Terrasse nach einem kühlen Bad stehen die Gartenstühle bereit. Klasse - wir können das nur Haus empfehlen!!!
