The studio is on the ground floor of a building located in the Hameaux du Lay, 200m from the ski lifts and 1.4km from the village center.
It has a South exposure.

- A living room with a sofa bed, television and dining area.
- An equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, hotplates.
- A sleeping area with bunk beds.
- A bathroom with shower.
- An independent toilet.
