Central air conditioning will help you relax the moment you walk through the door, and there's a ceiling fan in each bedroom to help you wind down with ease. You'll find it easy to relax on the balcony, to which each bedroom has a private entrance. But you might love winding down in the comfortably furnished living room most of all. The full kitchen features full-size appliances, cooking tools, and cabinets done up in a contemporary coastal style. We only had a view of the other units and the parking lot. The beach was behind the next building over, so the walk wasn't too bad.

Cozy Condo on the Beach

The place was very clean. Nice layout with everything we needed!! Great location!! Nice pool area!! The place was well taken care of. The owners had a nice touch by have some beach decorated Cookies delivered to us!! Enjoyed our stay very much!!

Vacation

It was quaint and cozy just needs the mattresses update they are quiet old and worn. Sheets need to be added for the pull out couch. But it was right literally next to the beach and that was what we wanted. The decor was cute as well.

Truly Amazing!

This is our first big trip as a family of 4 with two little ones ages 3 and 1. This was the perfect size for us and the amenities are amazing. We loved having easy access to the beach and being close to all of the yummy restaurants around. In the home itself, we had everything we needed to cook meals for ourselves. The cleanliness was superb. I’m truly impressed and will be coming here again in the future!

Close to the beach, but not beach facing. The beach has soft sand and lots of shells. Love the spot to wash sand off your feet! The pool is NOT heated.

Closet doors fell on my son. Lamp was broken. Both closets in the bed rooms were torn up. I contacted company immediately upon arrival and submitted pictures. Company stated they would have someone to come out. We were there 5 days and no one ever came. Main bed room bed was extremely uncomfortable. The noise from our guest above us was beyond words. When they used their washing machine, the sound made it seem like it was coming through the ceiling at any moment.

Great stay! .....needs a few fixes...

The rooms were nice, the kitchen was somewhat well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils (if you need a 9x13 baking dish, bring it yourself), the walk to to beach was super fast and convenient! The pool area was very nice and relaxing as well. The toilet did require 1-3 flushes for a complete flush and we couldn't use two of the stove eyes because they were crooked. Besides that, it was a great stay!

Fun times beach side!

This was a perfect place for my mom, two boys, and I to stay for the weekend! Literally steps away from the beach. Walking distance to some yummy restaurants that are perfectly family friendly. Bob’s Burgers and the Pizza and Ice Cream shop were so friendly and yummy! We also enjoyed having a nice kitchen to make breakfast and get to the beach first thing! The beach has a service to rent umbrella and chairs which was super nice for the day. Best spot for a low-key, convenient, and bang for your buck. Thanks for having us!

Very well located to beach and town activities. Only problem was lack of insulation between upstairs condo and downstairs condo. I would never recommend lower condo. You hear every footstep and if there’s little ones it becomes very frustrating.

Great location

The location was great, rooms were good. The lock didn’t work and it took us over an hour to get into the unit late on the night of our arrival working with the management company. No starter coffee or spices, had to borrow tools from the maintenance to fix the door knob so the front door would close and latch. The door knob was installed wrong. We would stay there again understanding the situation.

Location was the only perk!!!

Description says king bed and it most certainly is not. It’s a queen, Pictures of pool are very misleading, no management on grounds to help with any issues and who is there is basically someone to take your parking money. You can hear every little step the people above you make. I expected much more for the price I paid. I really wanted to love this place.

Great Stay

Very clean and neat, the bathtub would not drain unless you held the lever down. that was not fun with four people showing and standing water. Other than that, was a great place already scheduled the unit across the parking lot for another soccer trip down south. Never saw a guard to get a parking pass from. We put our Unit number and cell phone on the dash as instructed. Thanks
