Great Getaway!!

This property was fantastic for my wife and I to have a few days away. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. It was very close to some of our favorite restaurants. This made for a relaxing weekend! Great place to stay for the two of us.

Check in was smooth except they said you needed a parking pass. Couldnt get a parking pass bc no one was there like they said there would be and i was worried about getting towed. There was no beach view. No elevators. The beach access was good though and it was pretty clean, except there was a hair ball in the blanket i unfolded. The parking was nice. You also had to basically clean the condo yourself before leaving.. you had to take all the trash to the dumpster, pile up towels, undo the bed. And more. It was asking too much. Check out was bad. I was still unloading the condo at 10am and the door automatically locked and changed the code by 10am. There was nothing that said this would happen. My phone got locked inside the condo. I had to borrow a neighboring condo renter’s phone to try to contact my renter to get in. It was not easy. And When I got in touch with them, he was very rude and said I was supposed to be out no later than 10am and i had to get out asap. His tone was not kind. Just in general bad experience checking out.

Ocean Reef Stay

Great place to stay. Keep in mind that you will hear everyone around you. Lots of families with younger kids, so definitely family friendly. I wish parking for at least one vehicle would have been included with the stay. However, the parking fee was reasonable. Make sure you have cash for the parking fee.

Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay at Ocean Reef - it’s definitely a family-friendly spot, especially during the summer months. We appreciate your note about parking. Just to clarify, we do mention in the listing, pre-arrival info, and check-in email that parking is purchased separately and must be paid in cash on-site. We try to be as clear as possible so guests can plan ahead. Thanks again for staying with us - we’d love to host you again anytime and turn your 4-star into a 5-star experience.

Location!!!

As described, very clean, steps from the beach and close by many stores and restaurants. Chair rental companies were great, amenities were clean very well kept and the condo itself was perfect for a 2 person weekend trip. Beachy and cute, this condo was so comfortable to come back to after a long day at the beach. 10/10 would recommend Ocean Reef following this experience!
