Take in breathtaking sunrises, sunsets & sea life from the private balcony, stroll along the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast, take a dip in 1 of 3 pools located on the property (1 seasonally heated) with a poolside bar & grill, all while enjoying the comforts of home in this fully-stocked condo.

The Emerald Escape will have you immersed in coastal luxury as a cozy, yet spacious 1br/2ba, 1000sq/ft corner condo. Enjoy the comfort of a king size memory foam bed in the Master Suite, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a rollaway twin size bed as well. Snuggle up by the fireplace while enjoying your favorite shows on one of the Smart TVs with access to over 200 channels and the ability to access your favorite streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) from home. High-speed WiFi internet is included throughout the property.

Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your private balcony with your morning coffee or evening libations. With comfortable seating for 4, there truly is no better view in Panama City Beach.

The kitchen comes fully stocked, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, oven/range, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, utensils, dishes & cups, as well as all of the tools needed to make your favorite meals from home. The kitchen offers plenty of storage for all of your groceries and supplies to last throughout your stay as well as ample counterspace for gathering or food prep.

The two fully renovated bathrooms come well supplied with bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, hand soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer for your convenience. The condo also includes a washer & dryer, allowing you to keep your clothes fresh during your stay or wash them before returning home.

My husband and I just wanted a few peaceful days at the beach and this condo was perfect. Having two bathrooms was a definite plus! The owners were great to work with and have done a great job with this lovely condo.

We had a wonderful stay this condo. Newly renovated, super clean, beautiful view and super nice property owners. We had a minor problem that we let the owner know about, and he was there in 15 minutes to help/ fix it! We definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!

Amazing!!! Our New Go-To PCB Spot!

So glad we found this condo!! It was absolutely perfect and made for a much-needed, relaxing vacation. From the time we stepped into the unit, it was refreshing. The unit was clean and had modern decor. A must for us was having a balcony to walk out on with an ocean view, and our view was amazing! Our bedroom opening up to the balcony was also so nice. The water was so clear during our stay. This was a concern of ours with Hurricane Ian taking place the week before we left for vacation. The owners were very prompt and responsive to us throughout the disaster and kept us updated. The condo location was great! The unit was a short walk to the beach, which we loved, but the best part was how small the beach crowd was. Down from us on either side of the beach was packed with fall-break goers, but not on our beach! It was great! We had delicious food from local restaurants that were a short drive from our condo each night. The condo was not a party scene, which was really nice. My husband ordered a paddle board rental from a local shop, and they offered to come pick up and drop off the board each day for him to enjoy it during our stay without having to store it. Also…the bed in the master bedroom was something magical. Not sure if it was being on vacation or the mattress, but we were so rested each morning and actually woke up early each morning without an alarm!! We have decided this condo will be our go-to spot for PCB visits. So glad we found them! Really made for a great all around vacation!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is as beautiful in person as it looks in the listing. My fiance and I were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. It was great having two full bathrooms and laundry in the unit. Communication with the property owner was easy and very prompt. The building and grounds are older than some others on the beach but very well maintained and clean. Despite the size of the building, the elevator was always quick. Being able to park right in front of the building rather than in a garage is also very convenient. You won't be disappointed if you book here!

My Wife Stephanie and I moved here with the Military in late 2020 from the Pacific Northwest. We instantly fell in love with the area and eventually found our home just up the beach here in the Grand Lagoon. Our passion for the beach and the emerald waters led us to invest in a this incredible condo that offers guests and our family a year round reprieve to one of the most incredible beaches in the world. Our goal is to give all guests the 5 star experience from start to finish, and we hope you can unplug, kick your feet up, and relax just as we've been able to do since moving here!

The peace of a corner unit paired with a brand new renovation make our condo an absolute dream to stay in. Located in a less crowded area of Panama City Beach, you'll find serenity and relaxation while still being able to walk to one of the best beachfront restaurants in the area, Schooners.

The built in fireplace allows you to enjoy the cozy comfort of a fire without the heat (it is Florida afterall!), and the memory foam mattress in the Master Suite will have you sleeping on a cloud. We take great pride in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your perfect vacation!
