Beautiful semi-detached house with private pool a few meters from the coves of Miami. 250m2 plot has a 16m2 private pool, barbecue, sun lounger area. Porch with summer dining room and awning. Garage for one car. As we enter the house we have the dining room with air conditioning, sofa area with TV and dining area. Fully equipped independent kitchen. Restroom and then we find the three double bedrooms and the bathroom with a shower. The ideal house for a family [hidden] at double bedrooms and at the living room area. Prices for minimum stays of 7 nights. Electricity included up to 100kw per week

- Supplement pets : 5 € per day
- Towels : 10 € per stay
- Cot : 5 € per day
