The accommodation consists of :
- 1 living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children ( 130/190),
- 1 bedroom with one double bed (140 cm).
- 1 bathroom with closed walk-in shower
- Independent toilet

- Small enclosed terrace overlooking the park of the residence equipped with a table with 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs, electric plancha
- Private parking space (camping car not allowed)
- Garage/box for bicycles, nautical equipment, zodiac on trailer, located next to the apartment, ideal for unloading. Do not park outside the garage.

Please note :
- Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/1 to 4/05 and from 19/10 to 31/12: cost per kwh according to EDF base in force
- Bed and toilet linen not provided - Possibility of rental (€16/set of sheets; €19/set of duvet cover; set of towels: 2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat: €20, or possibility per unit).
