Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Steps to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The condo comes with a fully stocked kitchen and beach gear. There are three beach access paths within walking distance from the condo. Five minute walk to Coconut market place where you will find many dining options and shops. The bike path is right outside your door offering miles of scenic route.
To avoid extra cleaning fees-Please leave all the sand out. Make sure to wash off all the sand and salt off all beach gear and chairs. Rinse all the sand off before going into the unit.

Great property! Had a “WOW” ocean view! Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony watching boats, surfers, whales and more. Close by are all the activities offered on the Wailua River, including a wonderful luau there.Plenty of good restaurants in the area and gorgeous beaches. The washer/dryer was a plus!

Great view of the ocean. Great location. Wish it had curtains on sliding doors, would have kept it cooler during the day when I was out exploring. The front automatic locking door needs to be looked at . You have to close it shut hard 3-5 times before it locks

Great view and very nice condo

We spent a week at the condo and couldn’t have had a better stay. Our host was responsive and even helped us with a rental car. The view is fantastic and we enjoyed every morning on the lanai watching the ocean. The condo was clean and everything was in working order.

Awesome Stay in Kaua’i

This was a great place to stay on Kaua’i. It’s centrally located and has a great beach that’s walking distance from the suite. There are great dining options and a grocery store nearby. All of the beach essentials are included and available for use. Thanks again Enas. We had a great time on Kaua’i and look forward to returning.

Stellar view

Living room and lanai looking out on the bay with sea breezes and the sound of the waves breaking really are wonderful. The condo was well equipped. The only draw backs were proximity to the highway and resulting traffic sounds in the bedroom .

There’s nothing like sleeping with the lanai door open and the only thing you hear is the sound of the ocean.

Great location and amazing views!

We loved this condo for our time on Kauai. The location was ideal for quick access to Coconut Marketplace and Kapa’a as well as being centrally located for north shore and west side island sites! The condo is located near a gas station and if you sleep with the windows open for airflow, you will hear lots of beeps from the gas station :) but there is a AC unit in the bedroom so you could choose to close the windows instead.

Thank you so much for the great review. I usually leave the lanai door open to hear the waves. I also leave the slats on the front door open for airflow. The ceiling fan in the bedroom works great as well. Hope to host you again in the future.

Wonderful property

We stayed at Wailua Bay for the entire month of February 2024. The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything to get your visit started. The lanai overlooks the beach and we enjoyed watching the surfers and fishermen and even saw a monk seal on our beach. The location is close to restaurants, groceries and there is a fabulous bakery right across the street. I contacted the host and she was very quick to reply and the manager of the condo was also very helpful. The BBQ area and pool are very nice and everything is clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return!

Perfect for our Family of Two Adults and Two Tweens

Plenty of towels and fully stocked with tp/paper towels/starter coffee/shampoo/body wash/conditioner. Air mattress in closet was perfect. Pull out was not super comfortable, but my child slept on the couch, which was very comfortable. The bedroom mattress was comfortable. Everything was very clean! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. The toaster oven was great! We didn't use the regular oven because we didn't want to heat up the unit. The view is breathtaking! There is nothing like watching the sun comes up over the ocean. Check in was a breeze (owner sent us a code for front door). The pool was cold, but we swam in the ocean every day. We stayed in Dec/January, so the pool is probably more swimmable in the summer. The owner was very responsive to my messages, and we will be back!

Great Place to Stay

We stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and stocked with pretty much everything you need minus the food. Check in was easy and Enas was amazingly quick at responding to any message I sent and was so accommodating, she even allowed us to stay a little longer after checkout because our flight was delayed. One thing I want to mention is Wi-Fi is a little spotty at times so if your planning on doing remote learning/working have a back up plan. We hot spotted from our phones when needed which wasn’t an issue for us but I wanted to mention it in case it helped anyone else. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Perfect!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. It had everything we needed including beach gear. Enas was so responsive and communicative when we had questions during our stay. The condo is centrally located on the island, which made it so easy to get around and explore without spending too much time driving. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Views

We had a very nice stay at the condo. It was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything needed. There were tons of towels and also several items for the beach. The views from the balcony were amazing. There was info missing for the check in process. You are required to check in with the property manager upon arrival to get a parking permit. We were not aware. It was nighttime when we got there and we weren’t sure which side the condo was on. We went to the left lot and pulled up to the handicap spot (only one open) and I jumped out to look at one of the doors to see the number. This guy in a truck pulled up behind my car, parked to block in the car that my husband was still in and it was running, got out and approached my husband asking if we had a permit. I turned around and we both said I was just looking at a door number to see which side we should be on. In a very condescending tone he says it would be easier in the other lot and he could show us. Keep in mind I have no idea who he was and where I’m from when someone blocks you in a parking lot and approaches your car you’re either about to get robbed or lose your car. Anyway, we went to the right lot, he told us who he was and we got the permit. I reached out to Enas and was told Mark was the property manager and we were good to check in with him and that would be added to the check in process. It’s unfortunate he was our first interaction in Kauai but the rest of the time everyone was very nice and lovely. One thing to keep in mind in Kauai is that most places do not have air conditioning. The condo has a window unit in the bedroom and you keep the condo open for a breeze otherwise. There were a couple of afternoons it was a little over 90 degrees in the condo. There is a nice ceiling fan in the living room. It just took getting used to as I’m used to central air all the time. Kauai is beautiful. I highly recommend the helicopter tour!

Great location!

Centrally located on the east coast of the island....makes it easier to get to it all, north and south ends👍 View from the lanai is what made it for us! ... Nothing better then seeing and hearing the ocean!! Enas was great, very attentive and helpful... We had a slight issue with the wall mounted A/C unit in the bedroom...( Just wasent cooling sufficiently) She got a brand new unit put in within a couple days, and it works like a champ,.. keeping the room cool and comfy. (I just like a cooler room for sleeping)....the rest of the place was fine with a nice ceiling fan and the ocean breezes coming in. The place is super well equipped in the kitchen ( my wife loves to cook!....yes, even on vacation....lol) Of course we tried some local fare eating wise on some nights! Lots of beach euipment was supplied as well... which was very nice!. Kauai is awesome!! The Na Pali coast is a must see ( plenty of great boat tours) Waimea Canyon state park .. Also, just incredible!! We just did not want to leave!! Then.....reality set in.....damn it! We ll definitely get back again!!

Apartment with potential, unfortunately very noisy Wohnung mit Potenzial, leider sehr laute Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist an sich schön, doch mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Einrichtung, teilweise hängen lose Kabel rum. Insgesamt macht die Wohnung einen eher lieblosen Eindruck. Hier könnte mit etwas Liebe und Investment eine Menge aus der Wohnung gemacht werden. Das Bett war super. Die Küche ist insgesamt gut, aber auch hier alte Elektrogeräte. Sehr schöner Ausblick vom Balkon, leider stört auch hier der extreme Straßenlärm der direkt an der Anlage vorbeiführenden Hauptstraße. Das Meeresrauschen ist aber glücklicherweise meistens lauter als der Straßenlärm. Sehr gut war der Verwalter, der sich vor Ort um alles kümmert. Sehr aufmerksam mit guten Tipps. Insgesamt war es nett, wir würden aber, sollten wir noch mal nach Kaua‘i kommen, etwas bevorzugen, wo es keinen Straßenlärm gibt. The apartment is nice in itself, but now in the years. Old furnishings, some loose cables hanging around. Overall, the apartment makes a rather loveless impression. Here, with a little love and investment a lot could be made of the apartment. The bed was great. The kitchen is overall good, but also here old electrical appliances. Very nice view from the balcony, unfortunately, the extreme street noise of the main road directly past the complex disturbs. The sound of the sea is fortunately usually louder than the street noise. Very good was the manager who takes care of everything on site. Very attentive with good tips. Overall it was nice, but we would, should we come to Kaua'i again, prefer something where there is no street noise.

Oceanfront cottage in Paradise

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved this condo and the oceanfront view on the water was everything we could have hoped for! Enas was great to work with and was very good at communicating back and forth with any questions or concerns. The grounds are beautiful and the condo was just as advertised. The only issue we had was A/C was advertised in the bedroom online and it did work in the work, but it made a bunch of noise If it was on so we just had it on fan mode most of the time. The breeze off the ocean and the window slats help, but it was very humid while we were there and trade winds were weak so got a little stuffy at times. Overall great experience and it served it's purpose well. We look forward to returning to this amazing place in the future.

Nice condo in Kapaa area

We had a very nice stay at this second floor condo. The condo is easy to find, street next/behind the Shell station. The condo was very clean and had lots of towels. The ocean view was nice and chickens below on lawn. The Passion Bakery is across the street (not highway) yum! Mr. Enas answers questions quickly. Entrance to condo is code base door lock, no keys to lose. The only con is highway noise until around 11 pm. If front windows are opened.

Just what we needed

This property was perfect four our family of four. Our kids are 4 and 21 months. We arrived to find it clean and well stocked. There was room for the pack ‘n’ play we brought next to the king sized bed. Our 4 year old slept on a mat on the other side of the bed. The A/C is only in the bedroom and great to have for sleeping. Otherwise keep all the windows open and let the breeze flow through the whole place. The location was great to go to both the north and south parts of the island. It is a long walk to Kapa’a but the coconut marketplace is a five minute walk to the north. There is an occasional honk from the roadway but most everything is drowned out by the waves. The view reminds you that you’re in Hawaii whenever you look out. There were plenty of beach and bath towels as well as 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, a large and small cooler and 2 beach umbrellas plus one set of snorkeling gear. All of which saves you time and money. The Passion bakery across the street has hot malasadas every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and is worth the wait. But go early. They sell out.
