Welcome Home! You'll love coming back to this clean and modern house after your day of activities. Tucked into a quiet you community and backed up to a beautiful lake, you'll appreciate the feel of the open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy a bbq gas grill, an in-ground trampoline and access to a walking path around the lake from the backyard. This home is close to everything the East Valley has to offer!

Good neighborhood. The lake and walking paths certainly added to the experience. Everything we needed was nearby.The check-in and checkout process was very smooth. The owner was great to work with. We would consider returning.

Beautiful home

Highly recommend this home for stay in Mesa. Home is clean, nice amenities, close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed daily walks around the ponds and wildlife they attract. Hosts responded quickly to questions and were very welcoming.

Great getaway!

Thank you for sharing your house with us. It was so clean and a fantastic location. We loved that it had everything that we needed. Nice and quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed daily walks on the trails around the lakes. The hosts were very responsive, although everything was so straight forward and easy. We would stay again!!

This property is easily the best rental property that we have experienced. The house is wonderfully maintained and well-equipped, accommodations including bed linens and towels are first class. Back yard overlooking the neighborhood lake and walking trail provides some serenity, quiet and safe neighborhood with many options nearby (Walgreens, restaurants, well-lit gas stations), and easy access to major roads within 3-5 minutes, but no road noise at the house. Whether short or long term, we highly recommend this property for your stay in Phoenix (Mesa).

What a wonderful house!

My wife, daughter and I truly enjoyed our stayed at this home in Superstition Springs. It is roomy, clean, newly remodeled, and in a safe area/neighborhood. The kitchen has all the necessary supplies, and we enjoyed the variety of games in the console underneath the TV. All three of us got in a few jumps on the trampoline out back as well! We were in town for a family gathering in Mesa, and stayed for three nights in this beautiful space. The hospitality was much appreciated, and we had a most memorable time during our stay in Arizona. Thank you for everything, and for welcoming us as cherished guests :)

Great family stay

Clean, easy, spacious, well-located, and plenty of things for the family to do. The trampoline and park were great hits with the kids (3 and 4 years old), and we also went to the zoo. Inside amenities were perfect as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the house that best suits us and we hope others enjoy it too. We use this home every time we are back visiting family and friends and absolutely love it. Practically every one of our favorite stores and restaurants are within 5 minutes of the house, which saves us a lot of time.
