Excelente ubicación en lote de esquina con mucha privacidad, este 3 dormitorios 3 baños casa acaba de ser ampliamente remodelado. La cocina, zonas para comer son 16x24ft. construido en los aparatos de acero inoxidable y encimera de granito, agua de ósmosis inversa y el hielo en el fregadero y una nevera. agua blanda en todas partes. dos, puertas francesas dobles con construido en mini persianas entre el vidrio con vistas a la piscina y patio. el nuevo añadido en habitación familiar es 12x18 con ventanas triples con vistas a la piscina. Corona de moldeo y carril de la silla en ambas áreas. Sala de estar es aprox 13x15. Acaba de terminar Además dormitorio principal de baño principal, walk in closet, mini cocina, microondas, cafetera, encimera, armarios y cajones. fácil acceso silla de ruedas para ducha, misma altura del suelo, sin puerta o cortina. El dormitorio principal es ahora una suite con puerta de salida a la piscina y patio.

We stayed 3 weeks in February 2026. The location is great to so many activities. We really enjoyed the pool. Kent was a wonderful host and very responsive. The furnishings are dated, as is the grill. We really liked the layout of the house.

The owner was extremely communicative and helpful. The house had plenty of space for us all and the backyard was a perfect touch! When we come back we will definitely be booking again.

Great Location

Kent was a great host. Gave tour of house and time for questions. Responsive to any needs. Location in Mesa was awesome and easy to get to Sedona, Scottsdale, etc. Would come back.

Perfect for what we needed

It was wonderful that Mr. Comer met us at the house, showed us around and how everything worked. There was just the right number of beds and bathrooms for what we needed. The property was close to where our son who lives in AZ lives. The pool was nice and warm and we used it several times. Had a wonderful stay in AZ.

Short stay

The house is close to our event and it has everything we needed. The host is also very nice and accommodating. However, there were old food and batteries in the fridge. The dishes didn’t seem very clean either. Otherwise, rest of the house was fine

Guests were a pleasure to rent to. Only met Husband. The food left in frig were condiments they are welcome to use or not. Batteries kept in frig to keep fresh for remotes etc Dishes?? I ask all guests To let me know of any issues an i will take care of it Sorry for your concerns.

As i tell everyone including this renter when meeting upon arrival anything you need or any issues please let me know and i will be happy to accommodate. as different people have different wants an needs. Unfortunaly i did not hear of anything until after departure and after they received deposit back. and in this response. all that was needed was a simple text or ph call ??

Lots of space and fantastic location!

We loved all the space this home has to offer! Having two living areas open to the spacious and updated kitchen worked well for our group. Our teenage son enjoyed the privacy of the second suite while we enjoyed the roomy master suite. The third bedroom and bathroom were enjoyed by other family members. Great for giving us all privacy. It was chilly outside, but we still enjoyed the heated pool. The location was fabulous! The house is on a quiet street in a central location that is close to everything, including spring training games, restaurants, and so much more. We look forward to returning.

It was a nice home.

Kent was a very kind host. We stayed 11 nights. We loved the large areas for family activities. We booked the home because of the pool, which sadly was green the first 4 days of our visit, Kent worked very hard to fix it. Regardless of his efforts when you pay over $4000 you expect to enjoy all the home has to offer, so we didn’t feel we got a good value. Once the pool was bluish we needed to wear eye protection because the chemicals were strong, but we did really enjoy the pool.

Carrie was very understanding on the the unreal issue with the pool which was the first time that had happened in years. I feld bad an finally got the heated pool cleared up. There was several more people that stayed then was suppose to an i did not charge the extra people fees in order to help compensate. i woule be happy to work with Carrie in the future to help compensate even more.

Not as described

The house cleaner was just leaving when we arrived. The owner was there to greet us and go over everything. I totally agree with the past reviews of replacing the mattresses (the owner pointed out that he had put foam on top) and the plumbing fixtures. The coffee pot still had coffee and coffee grounds in it. There was debris along the bottom on the cabinets that we had to sweep up. The microwave had dried food in it. The glass kitchen table was dirty and greasy. We found a bowl in the cabinet that had spoiled milk in it. The grill was unusable. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We called the owner and the cleaning lady spent two hours trying to clean it. The owner had to replace some parts because they weren't usable. While the owner was there we asked him to check the ph in the pool. He gave us attitude and said "oh, I see how this is gonna be". The pool ladder has a broken rail at the top of the slide. Unsafe to have someone up there. There is also no handrail to get out of the pool. There were also broken tiles in the pool which the owner had to try and get out. There was one leaning up against the house, but no way to set it up by the pool correctly. Our 85 year old friend slipped on the steps and cut open his knee. The was an open bucket of paint in the backyard and other garbage on the side of the house. After initially reading the reviews, I saw where the owner stated that the previous renters didn't tell him about any problems. So when I called him that first day about our concerns, he just told me that the house was cleaned before we got there and that he checked everything. I've stayed at other Vrbo houses in the past. This was the worst. I am expecting the owner to come back at me for writing a true review.

Yes as you can tell There was nothing but negitive from the onset Never anything positive. i would say this is normal where ever they go. The negitive came on to me first before i responded I disagree with most of there exaggerated comments. Yes there was some an i took care of it. Also people had left that morning. I also left on my response to vrbo that i would not rent to them again Please read my other reviews an you will see how out of place this is Thank you

Fun fun fun

We rented this home for a last minute trip with kids and it was SO FUN. The pool and slide were a HIT with adults and kids! The kitchen was the place to be with it’s long counter and table made for late night talks with family. It was convenient to the highway and stores so that everything we wanted or needed was a quick walk or drive away. At one point we had a little trouble with the pool and the homeowner was there in no time at all to fix our issue and make sure the fun didn’t stop!

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood. Pool was nice and warm, we all enjoyed it. It was nice to have the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, nice privacy. Never stayed in a Vrbo before and it was smooth. Kent was full of energy and came over and showed us around. Thank you!

Great host, great location

Kent was great to deal with. Arrived at the property he walked us through everything. Anything we needed he responded to right away. Luckily we did not need much as everything was as it should be. The guys mentioned beds could be upgraded. I cannot say as I have a specialized bed at home so not my place to say. Lots of beds and great kitchen. Central to the freeways and shopping.
