Best location for a waterfront condo located in Horseshoe Bay! Walk to all of Horseshoe Bay Resort amenities from this highly desired, gated Cape Terrace Condo. Plenty of space for your boat or watercraft on our own 12 boat Day Docks. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your second story private balcony, ready for that perfect getaway.
Open living area from the kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Kitchen with dishwasher, single oven and 4 burner electric stove top. Single Keurig coffee maker, Refrigerator and Pantry. Full sized Washer & Dryer. Dining area off of the kitchen with round glass table and 4 chairs.
Spacious bedroom with king sized bed. Desk and wireless WiFi for those needing to complete projects. 2 flat screen TVs ready to stream your movie apps. Living room couch makes out to extra sleeping area. Balcony overlooking east and west channels, perfect for lounging and trying your hand at the Bar-B-Q grill.
Large open decks on west side for swimming and chilling for Cape Terrace residents only. Get a fishing license for you & the kids for catching perch, bass and catfish fun!
This condo comes equipped with all the necessities for a fantastic get-a-way! Bath towels, toilet paper & bed linens are provided. Bring some extra Beach towels for boating & swimming! Kitchen comes equipped with starter supply of Keurig coffee pods, sweeteners, dish soap and paper towels.
