Bienvenido a Birdsong Cabin! Ofrecemos una casa completamente amueblada, totalmente equipada, limpia y cómoda en el lago LBJ - que pasa a ser el mayor lago de nivel constante en los Estados Unidos! Somos mascotas amigables. Las mascotas requieren la aprobación previa por favor.

Nuestra casa tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente. Es una de 3 dormitorios con 2 baños completos. Dos dormitorios cada uno con una cama king size, mientras que el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas dobles / dobles. También hay un sofá-cama de tamaño doble en el salón que tiene una cama nido doble desplegable a continuación. Ambos baños tienen duchas de efecto con baldosas de metro de blanco!

Desde la cocina de concepto abierto, se asoma a la cala que rodea una isla salpicada de árboles. Todos los tipos de vida silvestre se pueden ver en la cala, desde la nutria hasta los castores, desde los peces hasta las tortugas y desde las aves de grulla hasta los halcones y los búhos. Nuestra cala es una cala no-vigilia. Perfecto para kayak, pesca y flotando! ¡Puedes amarrar tu bote / moto acuática en el mamparo y relajarte! La moderna cocina cuenta con mostradores de granito negro con una gran isla central para el entretenimiento. Hay estantes superiores abiertos, completamente equipados con platos de cocina. Fuera del patio trasero hay un fumador / parrilla y muebles de hierro forjado al aire libre. ¡No olvide su líquido de carbón / encendedor!

Hay salientes cubiertos tanto en los patios laterales como en los traseros. Tenemos herraduras y tableros de lavado para el disfrute! Disfrute de su estancia con nosotros y estar listo para relajarse y tomar en el lago LBJ fresca de estar!

Tenga en cuenta que EL NÚMERO TOTAL DE HUÉSPEDES ADMITIDOS EN LA PROPIEDAD A LA VEZ, ES EL NÚMERO DE PERSONAS INCLUIDAS EN SU RESERVA. Si esta regla se rompe, se perderá el Depósito de seguridad. Apreciamos su comprensión en este asunto.

Se admiten mascotas pequeñas de hasta 35 lb solo con aprobación previa. Las mascotas traídas sin permiso resultarán en la pérdida del Depósito de Seguridad. This is one of the best VRBO properties we have rented. It was a great location and a beautiful setting. If I could make one suggestion to the host, it would be to replace the skillets in the kitchen cabinets for frying bacon, etc. We cooked and ate all of our meals at the house and it had everything we needed, but could’ve used better cookware. Amy was a joy to deal with and our dogs absolutely wore themselves out having such a good time there. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Family getaway

We had a great time with our family as a little getaway. The location was perfect for bringing parents boat and keeping it docked in water in front of property. Kitchen had everything needed, beds were comfy and everything was clean.

Amazing Stay

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave!!! We were staying for a Regional THSBA fishing tournament and this house was perfect!!! Great bass just outside the back door.

Best House! Will be back!

Birthday fishing trip for our 14 year old daughter didn’t disappoint. The property was beautiful with lots of outdoor activities. The cove was a honey hole. Easily caught tons of fish using worms and lures. A cute island full of geese right across the cove. A great kayak spot. Fully stocked kitchen and the most comfortablebeds! Very cute decor. Overall A! Host was responsive and helpful.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed at Birdsong cabin for 3 nights. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed watching some drama unfold between the geese on the island across the water as well as seeing cardinals and woodpeckers. Weather did not allow us to use the waterfront as much as we would have liked, but we are hoping to return and try again.

Perfect family get away

The house is called birdsong Cabin. Love the name, but it certainly is not a cabin. It is a lovely home and fully equipped with anything you need. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and many recreational areas are close by. The owners were available and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway or a gathering of friends.

2nd Time Renter

This is the 2nd time we have rented this property, and most of the same reasons we keep coming back. My wife and I and our 2 teenage children enjoy getting away from it all and this place does it. Located on a nice, secluded cove, we have stayed a total of 10 nights and have still yet to see a neighbor. We love playing corn hole, horseshoes and even croquet. We cook all our meals here and the kitchen has everything, I grill the meats outside. We don't spend much time inside but still has what you need, clean rooms, nice bathroom and best of all, only 1 TV. Only 10 minutes from all the boat rentals. Go to the HEB in Marble Falls for whatever you want to cook, the one in Kingsland is very small. The host, Amy is exactly what you want in a host, great communication both pre and post trip and she doesn't get in the way while you are there. The only thing I would add is a couple of Kayaks but no biggie. Hopefully cane make it back for a 3rd time.

Great Stay at Birdsong!!

Our family of 5 had a great time at this location. The house was very clean and comfortably fit our crew. Very convenient to put in our boat and tie it on the dock (ramp is literally around the corner from the house). Plenty of room in the driveway to park the boat trailer plus 3 SUV/trucks. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The back yard is fenced and great for a dog. We took our boat and ate at Boatown (easy 10 min boat ride) and got reservations at Hoopers for dinner one night. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to LBJ lake. We rented jet skis a couple of days as well. No complaints about the property and communication with owners is easy and prompt. Beds are comfortable and house stays cool (it was 101 a few days we were there). Everything is less than 10 mins away. We would stay here again!

Great location and the house was perfect for our needs. The one drawback was the outside furniture , it could use some updating. Overall though, it was a very peaceful and relaxing weekend.

Fantastic stay for our family

Our family of four stayed over the Fourth of July. The lake house is darling and spotlessly clean. The view out to the cove from the back of the house and the backyard is lovely. A very serene location. We brought our boat and enjoyed the location on the cove with easy access to the river. We floated in the cove near the house too. We ran out of time but wanted to paddle-board too. Amy was very helpful and great with communication. We enjoyed the Thirsty Armadillo (drive thru) for creative drinks and ventured to the Bluebonnet Cafe for dinner and their scrumptious pies. We highly recommend a stay on the lake here and would definitely stay again.

Great private cove house!

Cons: The bathrooms aren't attached to any bedrooms. No kitchen sink disposal. Pros: Everything else! The house is just as advertised - a perfect little getaway home with a huge waterfront on a manmade cove. The furniture is comfortable and well-maintained. Linens were provided, plentiful and good quality. The yard was mowed and landscaping was beautiful. Housekeeping was spotless and the kitchen might be the most fully stocked with utensils, dishes and spices of any house that we have rented. Caught a catfish and lots of bluegill out back so solid kid fishing entertainment. Minutes from town and Inks Lake State Park. A great experience and we would come back!

Our Family purchased Birdsong Cabin in 2014. We have spent many family vacations on Lake LBJ and have made lots of memories near the water. We currently live in Georgetown, TX and travel to Lake LBJ whenever we get the chance. Of course, every trip we make includes our dogs! We hope to share our slice of heaven with you.

This property is one of a kind b/c of the panoramic view of the cove around the island. It has 60'' of private waterfront with a cement retaining wall or bulkhead. The water is a calm and relaxing cove, so bring your floats, kayaks, fishing poles and come chill! It's just a short 3 minute drive by boat to get to open water on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. We had an Arborist tell us that the large Heritage oak tree in the backyard is 700-800 years old. It is huge!

Birdsong Cabin offers a fully fenced, large 1/3 acre lot for your kids and fur-babies to roam in. The private neighborhood boat ramp is about a 2 minute drive away, where you can launch your boat. Enjoy the serene setting of the cove while fishing or floating on your raft, or head out towards open water, which is less than a 3 minute ride by boat.
