Cocoonr offers this charming 43 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 43 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 21 m² living area with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, griddle, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 53 m² terrace, facing north-west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days and views of the sea and mountains

The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied.
