Beautiful solar-heated pool, fenced in yard, one-car garage and large parking area in front. Two master bedrooms with king beds--one on first floor, one on second floor. Two other bedrooms with queen beds. Credit and security checks; references required. No loud parties in this neighborhood. Pets allowed by owner approval. Professionally decorated and very well-equipped, modern kitchen. Screened-in porch and gas grill. Beach equipment included. Very close to restaurants, shopping and beach rentals.

This a beautiful, quiet, restful house very close to the ocean. Ideal for beach going, surf fishing, and surfing. Very quiet and low traffic. Ideal yard for privacy and quiet next to the pool. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Three large TVs and viewing areas. New, modern kitchen and appliances, including washer and dryer. 100% storm proofed windows and doors.

The ideal base for beach and outdoor activities. Tennis and golf within short (10 minute) drives.
