I think the best thing about this rental is it's prime location such a great beach and feet away you have it all to yourself ..not a crowded beach at all

Great place on the beach

The property has close beach access. Its such a beautiful area. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Grocery and restaurants are close. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This is our second time staying and the location is the best. We can walk and bike to everything we need. The rental is well stocked with everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful condo steps away from beach!

My family of 5 had a great time at this amazing property! The inside was very nice and well appointed, though we spent most of our time outside on the beach. Good restaurants around and close to a Publix for grocery shopping.

Perfect location for a beach trip

My kids LOVED being so close to the beach. Even with it being winter, we went to the beach everyday. We will definitely be back in summer!

Beach Bliss

The townhouse is very comfortably and attractively furnished and within a minute's walk to the beach. Views from the master bedroom and living area are beautiful. We stayed the third week of April and the weather was perfect, sunny and warm but not hot. The area has more than enough attractions to entertain kids and adults and good restaurants. We will definitely return to this property if we decide to vacation here again.

Secluded enough to be semi-private, but super close and convenient to everything you could want! Quiet, clean, and well equipped with everything we could need! We made a lot of memories and found refreshment for our bodies and souls - thanks Joanie!!

Quality Family Time

My husband and I and our three adult children ages 25, 27, & 29 stayed 5 nights at this wonderful private beachfront property. The upstairs balcony was a bonus of gorgeous views. We made full use of the kitchen and grill. I highly recommend staying here if you need peace, relaxation and beach vibes. We loved it!!

Everything We Wanted

Beautiful, clean townhouse, right on the beach. The location was perfect: Close enough to do day trips to attractions, (We enjoyed the Brevard Zoo and a couple of nature preserves)), yet far enough to not be crowded . Publix a short drive away for groceries. Our host provided excellent communication, and the property was well provisioned as far as necessities go. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and not crowded at all while we were there. Would definitely stay again. :)

The best Winter vacation we've had

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet other beach minutes from back door is this home. The beds are comfortable and the view is remarkable. We are planning a spring break trip back to the home now. We are in love with this beach and this home was very comfortable. From the beds to the showers. Thank you!

Charming and Relaxing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to gather together or find a spot to read quietly. It is conveniently located and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony off the master bedroom is amazing and it is truly steps to the beach. The owner was super accommodating and very responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend it to others!

Ocean retreat

Our stay was busy and we were on the go the entire trip. The house was wonderful with great amenities, amazing location with a very short walk to beach and great restaurants nearby. Even though our time at the house was mostly sleeping and showers we enjoyed the cleanliness of the property. Even under the beds there was not a bit of dust!!! Big plus!! Thank you for a great stay and we hope to return to visit our twins again soon.

Location location location!!

This is a fantastic spot!! The beach is just steps away from the back slider, not at all crowded and simply wonderful with beautiful water, shell collecting, and soothing sounds.Our family had an incredible time decompressing here. The townhouse is well-equipped with plenty of comfortable space for everyone and nice, beachy vibes. There’s lots of fridge space, and everything you need in the kitchen. It could have been a bit cleaner. Some of the furnishings were a little tired, making us question the “luxury “ description, but it was great, otherwise. The laundry machines are large and easy to use which was super helpful, too. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. We would stay again, for sure.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Wonderful family getaway! Beautiful, clean, updated property just steps away from a beautiful, clean, quiet and spacious beach. Just what we were looking for. This property included all necessities needed to accommodate our family of five during our stay plus a stocked kitchen for cooking meals if you’re not looking to eat out as much. This property also had three beautiful bathrooms and hot water never ran out during showers. In addition, this property also had an outdoor shower that was wonderful for rinsing off children and toys after time at the beach. Kennedy Space Center is about a 50 minute drive away and we were able to see a launch from the beach, as well. Perfect spot for a beach vacation! Our children are already asking when we can come back.

It was exactly what we thought it would be

It was close to the beach. It was clean. Wish it had another umbrella and beach chairs. They are not listed so we knew they were not provided but every beach house we have rented 25 years on both west and east coast of the USA normally has beach chairs the house was great and I would definitely rent again. The chairs are just a suggestion

Lovely location

This was our second year visiting Indiatlantic. Last year we stayed at one of the homes a few units down. The location cannot be beat. You are right on the ocean and in walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. The town has a beautiful small town feel and we will continue to visit it. The property itself was great. Well decorated and maintained. The ocean view is a little obstructed but honestly you barely notice, the views are still breathtaking. We did have an incident with the smoke detectors going off for no reason, which I understand is no one’s fault, but I was a little disappointed when it took the host a few hours to respond. Once we were in touch however the host came quickly and was very apologetic. Overall, I would love to return during our next trip to town.
