Underwater Fish Light. Great Sunsets views to Texas Freshly Painted throughout and new Flooring. Hillside with great views across Lanana Bay. Large screened in porch. Each Bedroom has its own full Bath. Three folding twin beds on rollers so they can be rearranged in different rooms. Central AC and heat plus extra window unit AC for the bedrooms upstairs. Each Bedroom has adjustable beds with massage feature and brand new Queen mattresses. All furniture in the home is brand new. Location to Die for @ end of cul-de-sac with very little traffic. Neighborhood boat launch. Shared Boathouse with stairs to the water. Great dock to watch sunsets. Lots of trees, WiFi & Cable, family board games.

This is such a nice "little" camp. It's actually quite large with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. Multiple full bathrooms. Good air conditioning and hot water. The furniture in the common living area is comfortable and the TV and cable worked well. We didn't use the boathouse, but we walked down and looked at it and it is quite nice. All the kitchen apppliances and laundry machines worked well. Good proximity to a grocery store. While it wasn't fancy, it was everything my family wanted in a camp at Toledo Bend.
