An oasis of peace and beauty

Villa Marevista is a great place to spend a holiday in Istrie. Situated on the sunny side you'll have a great view over the Adriatic sea. The Villa itself has everything to ensure a pleasant stay. A pooltable, table football, ping pong and off course a suburb swimming pool whitch lights up at night. Brovinje is a good place to start wonderinf the shores of Istrie. The house is clean and the owner Elvis Dobric an easy going pleasant renter. Would I even come back here? For sure!!

Ruim huis, rustige omgeving

Het huis bevindt zich in een rustig deel van Istrië. De lokale mensen zijn verassend aardig. Dit in tegenstelling tot het massale toerisme. Er zijn enkele stranden waar je met de auto naar toe kan. Rabac heeft een mooi strand, met leuke winkeltjes er om heen... Er is een kleine supermarkt in Koromačno. In Labin zitten de grote supermarkten. Wel veel muggen.

Tolles Haus mit eigenem Pool

Wir waren total begeistert. Zimmeraufteilung spitze, Rückzug ist auch für 2 Familien möglich. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern da. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und mehr. Billiard, Tischtennis, Dart, die Kinder haben eine Menge gelernt. Ausblick fantastisch, Lage ganz weit entfernt von Massentourismus. Aber man kommt überall hin mit etwas Fahrzeit. Unser Tip die Passstraße zum Strand in Ravni. Nur für geübte Fahrer mit einem guten Auto☺️.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und ein selbstgebackener Apfelkuchen stand für uns bereit. Die Lage ist herrlich, sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Da wir selbst gekocht haben hätten ein paar gute Pfanne oder scharfe Messer unser Glück noch vervollständigt. Die Lokale in der näheren Umgebung hatten teilweise geschlossen, da wir außerhalb der Ferienzeit reisten. In Labin gab es aber noch genügend Möglichkeiten um gut zu Essen. Wir können dieses Haus wirklich empfehlen.

Schöne Villa

Die Unterkunft war vor Ort so aufzufinden, wie sie im Internet beschrieben wurde. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und alle Formalitäten wurden ohne Probleme abgewickelt. Der einzige Minuspunkt war die Anbindung zum Meer, da der angegeben Strand nicht gerade ein schöner ist, weil in der Nähe ein Steinbruch mit anliegender Industrie ist. Um sich zu verpflegen, muss man ungefähr 20 Minuten fahren, aber das war für uns kein großes Problem. Im großen und ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Toller Familienurlaub im mediterranen Ambiente

Wir wurden von der Mutter unseres Gastgebers vor Ort mit einem frisch gebackenem Apfelkuchen und am nächsten Tag vom Gastgeber selbst mit einer Flasche Rotwein aus eigenem Anbau begrüßt. Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt nebenan (ca. 50m entfernt),wenn man ein Anliegen hat, kümmert man sich sofort. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, war die Sauberkeit, in der Küche ist alles an Geräten vorhanden, der Lidl ist im nächsten Ort (Labin) keine 15 km weg, Wir haben uns gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder!
