Look no further for your large group - this is THE one.

This is the perfect property for a multi-family vacation. We had 3 sets of parents, a teenage boy, and 4 teenage girls in our party and the home was ideal. The big master is huge, the little master is cozy, and there are two nearby bedrooms that share a bath. Walk another half-level up to find the spectacular game room and bunk room which each have full baths. Each room was private and quiet other than some road noise. The kitchen was amazing and the ideal place to cook filling breakfasts, while the large dining room table and bar allowed all of us to eat at once. The spacious living room is very comfortable and the fires and hot tub kept us warm. Although our family prefers ski-in ski-out homes, the walk to the base was only 400 yards. We rented skis at the base and stored them there, carrying just our boots back and forth. The boot warmers in the garage ensured they were warm and dry the following morning. It is a short drive up to downtown Park City where there are awesome restaurants and excellent shopping. Five minutes the other direction and you're at the Olympic Village and more shopping and restaurants. There's a grocery store literally blocks away. The property manager was easily accessible and responsive (of course we only needed him once when a pilot light went out). If you don't care about ski-in ski-out and you have large group THIS is the place to stay.

Perfect ski vacation home!

We stayed for 5 nights over February break with 3 other families & their kids and had a great time. The game room on the top floor was perfect for the kids while the adults were able to relax downstairs. The location - steps to Park City lifts & town - also made things easy. Thank you!

Wonderfully comfortable home, steps from ski lifts!

Myself and 12 friends had an amazing stay at this house! The location is great about a 5 minute walk to the Park City slopes and a stroll to town....The rooms were beautifully appointed and super comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. We loved the great room, the fireplace and the huge kitchen - our chef said that its the best kitchen she's ever cooked in (for a rental). All in all, I would definitely visit again, as I loved Park City and adored this house. Thank you to everyone for making it a great stay!

Awesome House with Something for Everyone!

Love this home - layout and location perfect for family groups (though we’ll be back for our girls trip since it sleeps 14 adults). Spoiled being right at the bus stop, 1 block from the ski base parking lot and across the street from 7/11 & Starbucks. Town is a few blocks walk or hop the bus. Uber huge great room (it feels like 2 separate rooms - especially with 3 story ceilings- very cool metal artwork and tri-panel painting). The kids loved being able to have the pool table/shuffle board upstairs while adults had drinks and chats downstairs. One wish (other than more time in Park City) would be a bigger hot tub. We sat 8 easily - but squeezing 11 in was tight.

Lots of space, 6 minute walk to lift, great for families. Bring earplugs.

Let me caveat this by saying I probably wouldn't write anything negative at all had this place not been so expensive. We spent nearly $10K for four nights with all the fees, etc. The place sleeps a BUNCH of people and the living room has so much space to sit in two different areas. It has a nice gas fireplace that turns on with a touch of a button. The kitchen is big and there is space for 8 at the large square table plus more at the counter. The appliances were great (except the freezer door requires Herculean strength to open). It is conveniently located steps from a 7-11 and a short trip to the fun on Main Street. It is a 6 minute walk up the street to the Payday lift. I think the description says 200 feet, which may be how far it is for a bird to get there, but with skis and poles and little kids you should know it's 6 minutes. The layout of the place is terrific. There is a game room upstairs by the bunk room and the kids loved this. There are tons of boot warmers in the garage and also tons of space for boards, skis, etc. The manager of the property, Ashley, is wonderful and was very responsive. Now for the negative: 1. It is LOUD. The snowplow, the bus, the people next door...It's like living under the L in Chicago. 2. There are lots of rules you are given for the house, which is great, except it got to the point we felt like it was just to save the owner money. The rule book (yep, it's a .PDF) talks a lot about how you are on vacation and you should relax and not do laundry, go green and save energy, etc. But then there are foam pillows on the bed (not green!). The foam pillows in the big Master are like sleeping on a small horse. They are ridiculously large and uncomfortable. 3. The place is DARK. There are lots of windows, but when we arrived the shades were all drawn and we had to feel our way to the light of day. It never really gets very light. We were joking that it felt like Transylvania. Once we got everything open we got used to it, but they really should rethink the lighting. 4. There are not 2 Master Bedrooms. We had 2 families there and one of the couples got a less than suite. Just to be fair, it should be noted that one is really a master and the other is not so much. All in all, this was a great place. The price tag is steep and it's hard to reconcile that.

We are close to town, the slopes, grocery stores and a bus stop - and can imagine the snow (although gray days) brought lots of visitors to Park City! Our cancellation policy is that 80% of your prepay deposit can be returned for cancellations within 100 days of the reservation. Up until 75 days prior to reservation, 50% of the deposit will be returned. Up until 45 days prior, 20% of the deposit would be returned. Up until 30 days, 40% of the total deposit (so at that point it's 40% of the rental payment) would be returned. After 30 days there is no returned payment. At any cancellation time, the security deposit will be returned in full.
