The Paguy estate extends over more than 77 hectares, including 13 of vines. It houses a winery, 2 rural gîtes and 5 guest rooms with the Gîtes de France label. Here you benefit from a pleasant park and a swimming pool. Housed in one of the towers, the Manor Tower is located on the 1st floor from where you can admire the view of the estate and the vineyard. The owners will be happy to help you discover their passion by tasting their Floc de Gascogne. Place suitable for seminars, birthdays... give meaning to your event by coming to Domaine de Paguy. La Tour du Manoir is a gîte upstairs, living room - kitchen area, 1 bedroom on the 1st floor (1 140cm bed), 2 bedrooms (2 90cm beds, 1 140cm bed), Shower room on the 2nd floor , open park, garden furniture, barbecue, washing machine (tumble dryer shared by 2 gîtes). Shared swimming pool (12X6), heating. Beds made. Dishwasher, TV, telephone. Wireless. Fenced, unheated swimming pool open from May (beginning or end of the month depending on the weather) to October 15 depending on the weather. Car park. On site another gîte and 5 guest rooms. Nearest market in Labastide d'Armagnac every Thursday, in Gabarret every Sunday and in Roquefort every Saturday. Neighbor 1 km away. Beyond an animal, consult us. Come and discover the Tour de Paguy in the heart of Bas Armagnac as a tribe
