Amazing vacation

An amazing vacation rental .super easy interaction with Barbara at the gulf coast rentals !very family oriented area, super relaxing but still close to casinos an restaurants .we would definitely stay here again !

Mississippi vacation

The condo was beautiful, directly across the road from the Gulf of Mexico, beautiful views, gorgeous sunsets. Appliances could use an Update, limited supplies provided. But, we enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean and convenient to the beach as well as being centrally located, making it easy to check out adjoining towns. The big windows gave beautiful views from every room. The pool was very nice as well. Quiet area. We did cook in a couple times and the pots and pans could use an upgrade, the bottoms weren’t flat and so didn’t heat evenly and in the front bedroom it’s difficult for the person on the window side to get in and out of the bed, maybe moving the nightstand to that side and sliding the bed over would fix that. These were minor things that we worked around though and overall we had a great stay.

Long Beach

The property was exactly as presented in the review. Nice view, friendly neighbors, easy access to the beach and main roads. The condo has a well stocked kitchen in terms of dishes, pans, etc but doesn’t have any basics like salt, pepper or coffee. It does have a coffee maker. The mattress is extremely firm and pillows are flat.

Great location but...

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was easy to make the rental arrangements. The condo was in a great location. This particular condo is right along the highway and, while the view is beautiful, loud traffic was heard all night long. Also, there was pet hair found in the unit. For a rental that said no pets, I was told the owner could have pets. Glad I did not have an allergy... Additionally, the windows, cabinets, air vents were dirty. And, there were gnats. If we had been given more than one kitchen trash bag, it would have been nice. The pool area was relaxing and the property is conveniently located. If I returned, I would try to stay at a different condo in the community.

This unit has the most beautiful views of the Gulf and it is so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting in the front courtyard and the back deck and also enjoying a cup of coffee on the upstairs balcony! Super clean unit, lots of towels, and the beds were so comfortable. I have been in this area many times and have rented other places and I have to say this unit is my favorite! I will definitely rent this unit again!

Nice Location - Needs Updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gulf Coast Resort Rentals are a great rental company! This review has nothing to do with them - if it weren’t for them we would be quite upset over the issues we had with the condo. GCRR went above and beyond to rectify some of the issues we had. They get 5 stars! The owners, however, need to do some serious updating! Upon arrival the place smelled so bad! The cleaners were there trying to finish and they were even trying their hardest to make it smell better - they had a little success, but not much. Once we cooked a few meals, the good food smell helped override the odors. The dryer would not heat - it did one time when GCRR came out, but after they left it never heated to dry out clothes again. Windows on the outside were filthy, which ruined the beautiful beach view. The kitchen lacked any descent cookware, and other essentials needed for cooking. The property advertised a gas grill by the pool, but it was rusted out and unusable. If the owners and the property management of Beau Clair would do yearly maintenance and upkeep, this place/complex would be very nice! It has been let go! Sitting outside looking at the gorgeous view helped for sure.

Amazing view!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 120 Beau Clair. The proximity to the beach was great. Plenty of great restaurants close by also. Check in was easy and Barbara was wonderful! Hated to leave!
