Quiet, newly renovated maisonette apartment in the 1st. Upstairs. In the corridor the staircase leads up to the first floor. Two bedrooms are located in the attic.
The house is located at the beginning of a cul-de-sac, about 500m from the beach. In this house there are five apartments, parking is sufficiently available. The house is already older, the apartments are however all renovated and equipped with modern furniture.
