Welcome to the COCO Villa! This updated coastal home is spacious and ideal for large groups, accommodating up to 16 guests comfortably. Accommodates up to 16 total persons when the group includes no more than 12 guests over 24 months of age. Per Jacksonville Beach regulations, children 24 months and younger are excluded from the City’s maximum-occupancy calculation. Enjoy the stunning outdoor oasis featuring a new heated pool, putting green, lounge chairs, cornhole, outdoor dining area with grill, and an outdoor shower.

Guests love the game room, equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, and foosball, complemented by a beautiful mural perfect for memorable photos. Entertainment options abound with board games, kids' books, and an Xbox game console available.

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes a Keurig, blender, hot water kettle, and all essentials for your convenience.

We provide beach essentials such as towels, 8 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach cart, and a rolling cooler.

A local favorite spots manual is also provided for your exploration!

Please note: all modern pool heaters are technically unable to heat water once the outdoor temperature drops below ~55°F. This is a universal equipment limitation, not specific to our property, so we encourage guests to plan accordingly during cooler months.

The Neighborhood:

There is a Whole Foods .8 miles away. There are also many restaurants, stores, and nail salons in the area. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

Things to know!

- Please note that if the propane tank for the grill is empty during your stay, it's the guest's responsibility to refill it. We recommend checking the tank upon arrival to plan accordingly. We are happy to reimburse one propane refill with a receipt.



-Pool heater is turned off 6/1 - 9/15. Our heater will be on 9/16-5/31 for 24/7 at the Standard heated temperature. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have pool maintenance come 2x a week!



-Trash/recycle days are posted in the house and in our house manual. We would appreciate if guest could take the bins out on the specified days.
