About this property

This newly renovated 6 bedroom house is perfect for your family to enjoy the week at the beach. Located on the ocean with a private walkway to the Beach. This house has great entertaining space downstairs and a large media room upstairs. We are 1/2 North of the Ponte Vedra Club and in biking distance of the many shops and restaurants in Jacksonville Beach. This house is designed to accommodate two families with plenty of room to spread out. Also, I am willing to discount the rent if you would like to rent for more then 7 days. This house has an office if you need this property for an extended period of time. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Lovely Beach House

Large, clean, well-equipped, newly renovated beach front home. Located on a quiet side street but within minutes to grocery and other stores, golf, etc. Our large group of family and friends loved it. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect family Vrbo

Beautiful home with lots of space and amenities for younger children. Location is ideal to easily drive to Atlantic, Neptune or Ponte Vedra Beach. The home is pristine with a spectacular ocean view. This is our 2nd stay and we will return again next year.

Family Reunion Get-Away

This is a lovely home in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida, right on the beach. Our family was easily accommodated. We appreciated the location, close to many stores and restaurants. We did have small children so the availability of cribs, highchair seat, gates to use on the stairs was important. Many wonderful family memories were made in the week that we stayed.

Fabulous Beach House

What a perfect house for our wedding week in Jacksonville. The location was perfect and convenient to shopping. The home is beautiful and fully stocked with towels and beach towels and kitchen necessaries. Having the beach right there was enjoyed by all. Very clean and welcoming Would love to come back

This beautiful home is perfect for our family gatherings. The design of the home caters perfectly to our family's needs. With a bedroom on the ground floor for our great grandmother, she had easy access and comfort. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining, yet it remains a peaceful and private retreat. It's the perfect balance for a relaxing vacation.This is our second stay in this spacious home. We have created many wonderful memories here and plan to return again. A Fabulous Experience

Our VRBO reservation extended over Christmas and the following week and it was a incredible experience for my family. We asked to decorate the house with Christmas items and a tree before the 4pm check-in time. VRBO owner, Jill, was so accommodating and understanding. The beach house is spectacular! The house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms, quality furnishings, beautiful well- stocked kitchen, items for all family members to include newborns, toddlers, and adults such as child gates and children chairs, and comfy bed linens. It was an amazing and memorable week. Thank you, Jill!

Best Rental in 35 Years

We have owned an ocean-front home in Ponte Vedra Beach for 40 years. As our family has grown, we have been unable to host everyone in our home for family weddings and holidays. So for 35 years we've been renting houses to accommodate family and friends. Jill's beautiful Jacksonville Beach home is by far, the best property that we have ever rented. The house was roomy and very well furnished. Jill and Jed are excellent hosts and we offer our highest recommendation.

Amazing Family Beach House

We had a family of 12 stay here and it was absolutely perfect. There were baby gates for the staircase for the two kids under three years old and plenty of rooms for the adults. There was an extra twin bed downstairs for the MIL with a full bath as well as a half bath. The large entertainment room was a great bonus area for the kids to play and watch TV. Upstairs all 6 bedrooms were spacious and beautifully appointed with comfortable beds. There was plenty of living space for us and the house was well stocked. We will definitely come back!!
