Welcome to your serene getaway just 1.3 km from the charming artist village of Saint Paul de Vence. This spacious and beautifully landscaped Provençal villa offers the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and authentic southern French charm ideal for families or a small group of up to six guests

Inside, the home is spread across two levels, offering 175 m² of well-designed living space. The upper floor includes three air-conditioned bedrooms: the first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the second bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and the third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190 cm). There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower, and the other with a walk-in shower, along with separate toilets. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious air-conditioned living room that opens onto the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes everything you might need, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, cooktop, range hood, and a refrigerator-freezer combination. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available for your convenience.

The villa is well-suited for families. A baby bed and playpen are provided, and children can enjoy outdoor games in the spacious garden. Entertainment options include a television and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.

At the front, you'll find a large lawn, a pétanque court, and shaded parking that can accommodate up to three vehicles. An electric gate provides secure access to the property.

At the back, a 9 x 4.5 meter private swimming pool awaits, with several tastefully decorated terraces and six sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun. A covered terrace with dining space and a barbecue allows for comfortable outdoor meals in true Provençal style.

For added convenience, the villa now features a 22kW electric vehicle charging station, available for free during your stay. And a covered parking available for 3 cars

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
