Nestled in the heart of the Valcros Estate, this contemporary villa combines comfort and brightness. It features a terrace with a pergola as well as a second terrace with a private pool, providing an ideal setting to enjoy the sunshine and panoramic views over the hills and the sea.
Accessed via a few steps, the entrance opens onto a hallway with a guest WC. The spacious and light-filled living/dining room also includes a desk area and opens widely onto the terrace. The modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen flows into the dining area, creating a convivial space to share meals with family or friends.
The villa offers four double bedrooms:

A master suite with a 200 x 200 cm bed and en-suite shower room, located on the main level.
Three further double bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds, located on the garden level, each with their own en-suite shower room and WC, opening directly onto the pool terrace with views of the sea and the Golden Islands. All bedrooms feature either a walk-in wardrobe or a built-in wardrobe.
