Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

4 bedrooms. 2.5 bathrooms. Up to 8 guests.

Clean and sanitized.

We meticulously clean the entire house and launder fresh linens and towels for every guest stay.

Our home is close to all fun activities in UT county.
7 mins to UVU, 17 mins to BYU, 13 mins to Provo Canyon and only 25 mins away from Sundance resort.

We provide 5 parking spaces. (1 big car can fit inside the garage, 2 cars in the driveway and 2 cars right outside the house)

Guest will have access to the entire house EXCEPT for the basement apartment.

NO PETS allowed.

Incredibly nice home in a great neighborhood with amazing views and amenities! The gym is awesome as well! Hosts were super responsive and very nice! Highly recommended!

Perfection! We flew in for a family wedding, and this home did not disappoint. The ease of booking, seamless communication, cleanliness & coziness of the home, the amenities (firepit, trampoline), and location has made this our go-to home for future visits to Utah. And the incredible mountain view filled my photo gallery! Absolutely breathtaking. We highly recommend this home for your next Utah visit.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in a nice location. The house was well furnished and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host who answered all questions promptly and gave some great recommendations. Great place to stay fir our family of five.

Just What I Wanted

This was a nice property. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable to stay in. There was a slight animal odor. However, that is to be expected in a home that allows pets. The managers were very nice and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

Wonderful place for our family to gather

The home was nice and clean. It was decorated for Christmas which was awesome since we were staying over Christmas Day. The check in process was easy and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots & pans, and cooking tools. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing a wonderful space for our family to spend the holidays.

Great space and amenities

This was a great space for our family. It was nice to have four bedrooms. The water heater held up for 5 adults and 2 kids in our group. There were plenty of linens and a lot of pans and baking dishes in the kitchen. The oven was one of the new fancy models with two chambers. We could cook without overheating the kitchen. My kids enjoyed the trampoline, and all of us liked walking in the park that was connected through the back gate. The neighborhood is convenient to a lot of the things we wanted to do and people we wanted to see. We were walking distance to a large splash pad and the owners gave us the key card for the neighborhood pool. In a lot of towns, that type of splash pad wouldn't have been at a public park, it would have been an amusement park that charged admission. On top of all that, the neighbors put on a free fireworks show for July 4th!

Family Visit

We were in the area visiting family and this was a great base of location. Quick access to the freeway and in a quiet neighborhood. Great access to parks and pools with a great view of the man made pond right behind the house. The place was clean and as described, with very simple and easy access and use instructions Great stay!

Stay went great. Owner was very accommodating to let us check in early. Home was clean and spacious, with garage and plenty of parking. We'd definitely come back! Feedback--TV in (west) bedroom wasn't working. No outdoor BBQ meant all cooking had to be done in the kitchen.

Very clean

The house was extremely clean which is very important to us. The master bedroom was roomy and the bed was comfortable enough. A small desk with a chair, a trash can by the sink area, and better lighting in the shower would add to the comfort of the room. About the other rooms, I heard that some of the mattresses in the other rooms were not very confortable, but I didn’t try them all. The sectional sofa in the family room was large and very comfortable.We enjoyed our time conversing as a family in the family room. The only true thing that I know it did bother my husband was that I don’t believe we were ever advised that someone would be staying in the basement. They never interrupted us, we never saw them, which had a separate entrance. Overall, a great house, and very clean.

Wedding stay

They house was amazing!! Fantastic kitchen with all the supplies needed. Everyone enjoyed the trampoline and the outdoor fire pit. Wonderful parks and playgrounds. Best vacation home and cannot wait to stay again. Family members all had a great time.

Nice home in Utah

This home had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The beds were soft and comfy and the towels were luxurious. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything for cooking. The only thing I would change about the kitchen appliances would be to have a bigger coffee maker. Although, we really appreciated the selection of coffee that the owner provided. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Perfect for a family

Our family of 6 AND our dog needed a place to be during our daughter’s graduation from RMU. This house was super clean, well stocked and had a fenced yard with access to the park behind it. The teens loved the trampoline, the dog loved the yard and we loved the location. Thanks for a great stay in a lovely house.
