Great place to stay in Provo

Townhouse was brand new and perfect for our stay. Kami was a wonderful host and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, Clean and Cozy

We had a great time at the condo. Perfect distance to downtown area and grocery stores. We walked everywhere. Area is very quiet and condo is gorgeous and clean. Just as advertised!

Great location!

Perfect spot for a weekend visit to Provo! We came for a BYU game and it was perfect. Walking distance to a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The kitchen was perfect! The two master suites are great and the king beds are very soft and comfortable. It was well stocked and beautifully decorated. Zero complaints.

Christmas stay

Had a nice stay. Property was missing some light bulbs in the two main bathrooms which made the lighting a challenge when getting ready. That's an easy fix and I did alert the property owner.

STOP AND GRAB THIS PLACE!! Great Condo to stay at!

We were lucky to grab this place! It was spotless, pleasant, and comfortable! Kami was excellent to deal with. She responded very quickly when I had questions! I loved that Smiths (grocery store) is right across the street! Also, we walked one block East to the bus stop and rode the bus to the BYU game. It was a huge bonus, so we didn't have to drive. We will definitely be back!

Another EXCELLENT experience!

This was our second stay at a property offered by the owner, and we were once again impressed with everything about the home. Everything about 107 Downtown made our stay fabulous. From the kind and thoughtful welcome gifts we received as repeat visitors, to the many comfortable features of the home, we felt relaxed and at home. The owner is extremely responsive and easy to deal with, and her properties are well located (walking distance to groceries and restaurants) and nicely appointed. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks again, Kami!

Short Skiing and Snowmobiling in Utah

I picked this property because it appeared to be clean, modern, and accessible to skiing and other fun in Utah - I was right. The townhome is very nicely appointed, the host is very responsive, and we had a great launching off point from this Provo locale. There's also a community center like 2 minutes away that has every kind of fitness experience (spa, swimming, workout, you name it...) you could ask for - which also makes this a great location. Local fare is great within a few blocks. 5 stars - I did the research so you don't have to. The only way you could beat this is literally staying at the ski resorts. Nice job Kami.

Perfectly Wonderful

This place is absolutely wonderful! From the location, to the decor, to the warmth and coziness of the stay...my family didn't want to leave! Check-in was super easy and I loved the welcome "Beehive Bread" and the welcome binder that had all the check-in/check out details, recommendations, etc. The location is fantastic, right near the downtown and some excellent restaurants. A grocery is right across the street, which was so convenient when we ran out of milk and I could just walk over to get some more instantly. As I mentioned the place was decorated so thoughtfully and made the home feel warm, cozy and inviting. I'd love to know where the owners sourced everything. The only thing I wish was accessible since I had three little boys to clean up after, would be a vacuum or a broom (there was a swiffer, but no dust pan). Other than that tiny detail, the home was well stocked! I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you Bird family for sharing this great gem of a place!

My husband and I fell in love with these townhomes. The location downtown walking distance to so many restaurants and things to do can't be beat. We loved the upgraded finishes and feel inside.
