About this property

T2 Yellow Triangle / Beautiful and practically furnished apartment with a view

Centrally located apartment in Conceição de Tavira, with two bedrooms, one of them "en suite" / 1 living room with sofa bed / A fully equipped kitchen / 2 wet rooms and large roof terrace with panoramic views and BBQ + lift. The ideal assignment is up to 4, max. 6 persons.
Air conditioning and access to the community pool.

The apartment is ideal for summer vacation, but is also ideal for the beautiful and mild spring season, as well as the mild autumn / winter months in the Algarve. Conceição de Tavira and the adjacent Cabanas, combines Portuguese tradition with sweet idleness at the sea and the beautiful nature reserve of the 'Ria Formosa'.

Bed linen and towels are available for our guests (already included in the rental price for up to 4 people).

Location:
The apartment is located in Conceição de Tavira, about a 10-minute walk from Cabanas de Tavira (center) and about 15 minutes to the jetty.
(Cabanas beach is only accessible by boat).

After a short walk you will find a large selection of typical Portuguese restaurants for every budget, as well as bars, cafes and some shops (only 5 minutes walk) in the picturesque town of Cabanas. There is a regular market with fishmongers, fresh vegetables and other things, and there are also several supermarkets in the village. On a long promenade along the lagoon, you can stroll around and enjoy the sun or the evening mood.

Golfers appreciate the large number of golf courses that are available in the area. There are four 18-hole golf courses nearby. Benamor Golf is just in front of Conceição de Tavira, while Quinta de Cima, Quinta da Ria and Monte Rei Golf and Country Club golf courses are not far from Conceição de Tavira.

A car is generally not necessary. For excursions in the beautiful Algarve, we recommend that you arrange a rental car at the airport in advance. Cardelmar has proven to be a very cheap provider in recent years. de 'recommended.

LOVELY STAY

STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY FOR 2 LOVELY WEEKS,VERY WELL LOCATERD AND LOVELY AND QUIET.THE PROPERTY WAS VERY NICE ,EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED FOR YOUR STAY.THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE PIGEONS .YOU COULD NOT GO OUT ON ONE OF THE BALCONYS BECAUSE OF BIRD DROPPINGS AND THE SUN TERRACE WAS LOVELY BUT AGAIN LOTS OF PIGEONS,A SHAME BECAUSE THERE IS LOVELY FURNITURE ON IT ,BUT AGAIN BIRD DROPPINGS. A real gem

The property is much better than the photos show. Fantastic rooftop terrace for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. Everything you would need is provided. Easy access to the pool with sun loungers and umbrellas provided. The owners are very accommodating and easy to contact. We had a late check-in (11pm) and were met by Duarte and shown everything we needed in the property. The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the railway station, so it’s absolutely ideal if you don’t have a car. We would highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay again.

Springtime break

Very well appointed apartment with balcony sun except for a few hours in the mid day. The rooftop terrace is a great addItion. It would have been helpful if there were appliance instructions in English especially the washing machine. Would recommend bath and shower have non slip mats. Overall very acceptable with a very nice home appeal with furniture and wall hangings and the extra bits Johnie Mac

Mooi, ruim en comfortabel appartement

Wij verbleven er 18 dagen in september met ons twee. Het appartement is ruim en comfortabel, er is veel aanwezig. Duarte is zeer vriendelijk en attent. Het dakterras is ruim met loungezetels en het is er aangenaam om te ontbijten. Goede bedden ook en twee badkamers, we zouden er zeker terugkomen!

Clean, conveniently located, comfortable, tastefully decorated, with comfortable terrace.

The apartment was clean, very nicely decorated and comfortable. There was all one can need for holidays. Communication with property manager was excellent (quick and efficient). The terrace is nicely sized and pleasant. Two balconies are as well nice but one can not be used because of the birds droppings. However on the other hand who would use 2 balconies and terrace at the same time so this was not problem at all as the rest compensated for this. The location of apartment is very convenient to supermarket and several bars and restaurants. It is reasonably close to beach as well. However I would still recommend car to move around. The only problem was the swimming pool. It is nice and good sized however it is almost whole day in shade, there is sunshine only between 9am till 3pm so the water is really freezing and I would not recommend using in in the evenings as there is no sunshine on loungers. However the beaches in this area are beautiful so there is no need of swimming pool. Overall the apartment is nice if you do not need swimming pool.

Parfait pour les vacances en famille. 2 grandes chambres avec placard de rangement, 2 salles de bain fonctionnelles. Stationnement facile, climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Muito bom apartamento!

Heel fijn appartement. De keuken is volledig uitgerust. Alles, zoals in de beschrijving aangeeft, is aanwezig. Ook lag er een theedoek en handdoek. De bedden zijn goed, de douches uitstekend. De opbergruimte voor kleding is ruim voldoende met genoeg kledinghangers. Het dakterras was geweldig, het uitzicht was mooi, genoeg schaduw d.m.v. parasol en de doeken over de ‘pergola’. En je vangt daar de eerste wind als het warm is, en warm was het tijdens ons verblijf. Het was heerlijk toeven daarboven. Supermarkt om de hoek, alsook enkele restaurantjes. Een aanrader dit appartement

Nous avions choisi l appartement pour sa situation(a mi-chemin entre seville et lagos,a une heure et demie de voiture ). L appartement nous a surpris par sa taille(2 vraies chambres pour 4 adultes)la qualité de son ameublement et du decor,et par son equipement(clim partout et wi-fi de qualité).De plus la terrasse sur le toit et la piscine sont tres agreables,et il est tres bien insonorisé. De l appartement on va a pied au bord du rio,avec son petit village agreable,pas surchargé de touristes,et de jolies cabanas portuguaises...restaurants nombreux et pour toutes les bourses:allez manger un poisson ou des coquillages a l europa. en bref un excellent sejour,chez des proprietaires accueillants et confiants.

Lovely Apartment and Well Furnished

The apartment is well placed for two supermarket, public transport as well as plenty of bars and restaurants. Also not far from a lovely beach that can be reached in a few minutes by boat taxi. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped with a swimming pool directly below the block. Duart is a kind and friendly host who was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
