Thai style villa with approx. 200 m2 of living space and large terrace and a 60 m2 pool with a depth of up to 1.80 meters. Interior of the villa in Asian style. Maximum for 5 guests.

The house is about 10 minutes drive from the airport. The sea is about 300 meters away. Restaurants, shops and large vegetable, fish and meat market are within walking distance. Seatran ferry port with connections to Donsak, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao in about 10 minutes walking distance. Nearest beaches: Big Buddha Beach about 1.0 km and Choengmon Beach about 5 km away

Minimum rental 7 nights, longer rental beyond 1 month possible Long-term rental price by appointment

The pool is cleaned and maintained twice a week by a professional service, the garden is kept in order by a gardener.
The villa is rented with Maid Service. Maid comes once a week to clean and change the sheets and towels.

Wonderful family villa

We stayed for 9 nights and loved every minute. The house was cozy and comfortable with lovely furnishings. The location was really good for us - we had scooters so it was an easy ride to lots of good places to eat in Bangrak and also easy to get go the other east coast beaches. We LOVED the pool!! The hosts were really accommodating and helpful and we just loved being in a villa rather than a resort. All up, a fabulous place and we highly recommend it!

Nice stay

We stayed for 2 weks. The pool was perfect to cool down after a long day in the sun. There were only 2 sunbeds. (Maybe 2 extra would be nice) The location was okay. Some good restaurants nearby and close to the airport.

The perfect holiday stay!

From booking, to our arrival, stay and departure, everything was seamless, as Udo gave accurate instructions and information. The villa & pool were cleaned weekly so the villa was spotless and having a large private pool was brilliant! We had such a wonderful stay and didn’t want to leave. Restaurants, a night market and Big Buddha were walking distance, but we hired motorbikes which made getting around so much easier. We highly recommend this villa for a quiet, relaxed stay. Thank you Udo & Chada for a comfortable 3 weeks!

Udo´s kleines Paradies

Eigentlich müsste ich ein negatives Feed back abgeben um andere Personen davon abzuhalten hier zu buchen. Schon vor Reiseantritt hatte ich Vertrauen in den Vermieter, da die Kommunikation vom Anfang an gegeben war (und nach dem Aufenthalt ist es noch immer so ;-) Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns in dem Haus wohlgefühlt und es war für uns kein Urlaub, sondern sorgenfreier Alltag. (bis...) Natürlich ist es nicht 100% perfekt (zu Hause ist es das ja auch nicht) aber zumindest 99% Die Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter und Facility Management war perfekt und wir lebten auf Samui in unserem kleinen Paradies. Geplant waren 2 Monate Aufenthalt :-)) doch dann machte Covid 19 einen Strich durch die Rechnung und wir mussten 27Tage früher abreisen. MIT TRÄNEN IN DEN AUGEN!! Zuhause angekommen dann noch die Überraschung WASSERROHRBRUCH, die Stimmung war im Keller. Plötzlich kam eine Whats app vom Vermieter........Ich überweise den Betrag für die restlichen Tage zurück. Mit allem hätte ich gerechnet, DAMIT NICHT! Ich hoffe dass sich die Situation bald bessert und wir das nachholen was wir versäumt haben. Natürlich in Udo`s kleinem Paradies Danke Chada & Udo wir wünsche Euch das Beste Gerti & Gerhard

Ein Traumaufenthalt!!

Wir waren von Allem sehr angetan ! Schon in der Vorbereitung der Reise war uns der Vermieter mit vielen Tipps behilflich. Das Haus selbst übertraf unsere Erwartungen mehrfach: perfekte Raumaufteilung, super Lage zu den Stränden wie auch allen anderen notwendigen wie interessanten Facilities! Und dann noch der Pool: super direkt vor der Terrasse gelegen, sauber und wohltemperiert- einfach Hammer!! Wir haben dank dieser Unterkunft unser Urlaubsziel uns zu entspannen und dabei gleichzeitig Koh Samui kennenzulernen erreicht! Vielen Dank dafür!!

Objekt war sehr schön und gepflegt.

Die Betreuung und die Pflege war sehr gut. Im Objekt war alles was man benötigt. Der große Pool war stets sauber und sehr ansprechend. Allerdings ist es zu empfehlen ein Auto oder ein Roller zu mieten. Es ist ein kleiner Markt und div. Lebensmittel aber auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist in allen Räumen mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es bietet problemlos Platz für 5 Personen. Rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
