The space
The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/dining, living room and a large double bedroom which all open up to an alfresco dining area next to the tropical garden & swimming pool.

Three double bedrooms designed for relaxation, two with en-suite make this a perfect home for up to six people. The living area hosts a 50 inch smart flat screen satellite TV with many many channels. All rooms have air-conditioning with free internet access provided throughout the villa.

Adjacent to the downstairs bedroom is a bathroom that exudes character with an indoor/out door shower area.

The spacious romantic master bedroom on the first floor has been delightfully decorated and furnished with French doors that open up to superb panoramic views of the gulf, tropical islands and white sandy beaches. The lovely open plan en-suit complete with Jacuzzi bath make it the perfect room to relax in peaceful serenity.

A security deposit of THB 5,000 is required in cash to the Villa Manager upon arrival. This deposit will be returned on departure if nothing has been damaged.
Cleaning takes place once a week with fresh towels and bed linen. High speed internet access and internet TV with many English speaking channels is available.
Electricity is not included, a meter reading is taken on arrival and departure - costs approx €45 per week.
