Cozy holiday home with 3 lockable beds, a living room and separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and guest WC for holiday makers, fitters, business travelers or other interested parties.
One bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200.
The second room is equipped with two single beds 90x200 boxspring beds.
The third room is equipped with two single beds 90x200 boxspring beds.
In the living room there is a pull-out sofa with space for another 1-2 persons.
There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. And an additional guest toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a mini kitchen with fridge and freezer, cooker, toaster, water cooker and coffee maker. A dining table with seat is also in the kitchen.
The house is located on the Westerberg and thus in the best location. On foot everything is within easy reach, bakery and bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. The university and the city center are within walking distance.
Parking is right in front of the house.
