The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beachfront residence. It can accommodate 4 people: a double sofa bed in the living room and two single beds in the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, and television. It also features a 6m² balcony with a partial sea view, and parking is available in a communal car park opposite the residence.
