In a charming and safe neighborhood, our house is in one of Pearland’s best locations. You’ll be close to everything in Houston and its surrounding areas. We live in this area, and we can assure you this is the perfect location. Situated In a very strategic area, our house is very close to downtown Houston, the Medical center, NRG Stadium, the museum district, Kemah, NASA, and Galveston, providing you and your family with lots of options to enjoy.

Enjoy your stay in Pearland in this cozy, newly remodeled House! Beautifully decorated with details in every room to match the house design. A stunningly unique black-and-white tiled guest bathroom, and marble for the master bathroom. This house is a short drive to downtown Houston and Galveston beaches. Wifi and parking are included. The filtered water runs through the whole house. Also, you have a variety of complimentary coffee available

We spent over two months in the home while our was repaired. We were a family of four with a small puppy and were very pleased with our stay and the attentiveness of the host.

Nice place and great communication with the owner. Easy checkin and checkout, and you’ll have everything you need in between. Definitely recommend if you’ll be staying in the area.

Nice, quiet neighborhood

The home was comfortable and we rested well at night. Could have been cleaner, but it was acceptable. Convenient to not have to bring a crib and the kids enjoyed the toys. Would stay here again.

Lovely and spacious home.

We had a wonderful weekend with family and having this home gave everyone the space needed to sleep comfortably. The home was very clean and spacious. The host quickly replied to all questions and made themselves available if needed during our stay. We all said we would definitely use again when visiting in Pearland!

The house was neat, tidy, and spacious. The owners used nice, but easy to maintain, finishes perfect for allowing pets. The house is well laid out and the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Nothing but thumbs up!

A Pearl of Houston

Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in close proximity to a great many activities shopping and entertainment. The house matches the provided description and well maintained. The property included many useful amenities in the event you forgot anything so that was very helpful and thoughtful. Definitely a pleasant experience.

Outstanding

Our trip was fantastic. I gave this home a chance despite the previous review because the hosts had commented that they would work on the issues. Well, let me say, the home was VERY clean. The sheets smelled clean too which was nice! The home looks better in person than the pictures! The outdoor space is the perfect size with everything you need to enjoy the outdoors with your loved ones. The house has way more than basic amenities. All those personal touches are great! I have stayed at several rentals and this is one of the best ones I have stayed in. They have games, a pack and play, blocks for kiddos, chargers etc. The hosts communicate well and are very nice!! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. If you're looking for a clean, beautiful and cozy home to stay in, this is the place!! We had no issues at all. Would stay here again.

Relaxing in a time of need

My mom and I were unexpectedly having to renovate my house. This property was all we needed and more, as well as close to my home (making extremely convenient as well). The property was well maintained and clean. The host was extremely available and clearly communicated all of the rules, as well as where we would find everything we needed for our stay. We loved the rental handbook and signage around the house with reminders of the things to be aware of. The kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking, and there were plenty of towels. The yard was nice, and would have been convenient with my dog, but unfortunately she was unable to join us for this stay. We look forward to having another stay in the near future, so we can finish our renovation. We thank Erwin for all of the help and understanding of our situation. You could not have been nicer!

Advertised as Wheelchair accessible, but wasn’t.

While the house was beautiful and for your average family would be a great place to stay, for someone needing wheelchair accessibility it is not. The rooms are spacious enough to wheel around in an adult small wheelchair, but a wheelchair user or walker user can’t get into the doors of the bathroom or into the doors of the glass showers. This was very difficult for my mother, but we found ways to get her into and out of the bathroom. She has complained of excess pain from these alternative methods of getting her into the bathroom in the last couple days. Overall, it was a nice stay, but I would not say it is wheelchair accessible or ADA compliant. If you don’t need these accommodations, I would highly recommend, but if you do I would seek somewhere that is more accessible.

Great Communication, Needs Better Cleaning

The property itself was great, a great location, good neighborhood, bedrooms were small, but the living room and dining room were large which made the property feel bigger. We had 4 adults and 4 children (5, 6, 8, 11); the 2 small children slept in the master bedroom with us on a foam bed and it worked good for us. Our ONLY complaint was the cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. It was not so bad that we didn't want to stay there or had to do extensive cleaning ourselves, but the showers were dirty, there was hair on the toilets, bathroom counters, sinks and floors. There was also glitter all over the master bathroom and bedroom. There were some minor issues, but they were quickly resolved. I had to request additional towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. We stated that there would be 8 people staying there for 5 days, there was only 6 towels and wash clothes and no extra toilet paper. The request was filled within 15 min or so. Also, the water softener in the garage was alarming, due to needing salt, this issue was resolved the same day. The host was great about responding quickly to all communications throughout the booking process and stay; as well as resolving all minor issues in a very timely manner. I hope that they are able to resolve the cleaning issue, which will make this property a 5 star property!

We are very sorry that the bathroom was not in perfect shape. To prevent this from happening in the future, we’ll be more careful as we inspect the house after it has been cleaned. Regarding the missing salt in the filter system for the entire house, we’ll also check it before any check-in. Excellent house, location and price!

The house was perfect for our needs. Great location for us, very clean and well equipped, comfortable, and fully fenced yard allowed us to feel confident in bringing our dog. Will definitely stay again if the need arises.
